Didn’t sell my car through carsale24 but received an invoice. They recorded the call and sent a contract that my car is sold through carsale24. There is no confirmation from purchaser for more than 2 weeks and then comes the invoice that I have not proceeded with sale. Such a fraud. Don’t get trapped with this company. Just ignore and don’t talk to anyone calling you from this company above all do not consent to any recording.

I found Carsale 24 on the internet as I needed to sell my car due to a move abroad with work. The process was straightforward and the support either through email or over the phone was excellent, especially as I wanted to do it all in English so no mistakes were made due to my nicht gut genug Deutsch!
Carsale 24 negotiated with the purchasing garage and secured me a very good price. I was able to hold on to my car for 6 weeks and communication with the buyer and CarSale24 was very good. The handover of the car was seamless and there were no surprises with the price, as long as the vehicle is as described there is no issue.
I would use again and fully recommend.
