Sending a new OnePlace after many cals…

Sending a new OnePlace after many cals on nonfunctioning unit. Later saying that was with a one year lockig on my subscription. Many cals with endless waiting in phone lines did not solve it. This is the samme as my earlier experiences with them. Nearly 20 years customer. Regards j

Suddenly I have to pay 38% more

In the beginning of 2020 I wanted to stop the subscription, because I only watch a few hours Swedish TV per month. 269 was just to much. But the guy I talked to, asked me if I would go on for 201,75 per month. I accepted.

I did not notice that a few months ago the price suddenly got higher: from 201,75 to 279! I chat with them. They say: "Those temporarily offers are never longer than 12 months." WHAT? Come on, it was no temporarily offer. It was just an offer from them to keep the subscription, because I only watched so few hours.

Now they suddenly are Viasat or Allente. Well, other name, same tricks!

Well, things can change fast. Chat-helpdesk: no result. Facebook-helpdesk: no result. Then call. After 58 minutes I got someone on the line who told me: "Okay, you get again lower price." So if you want to do something about the price, don't waste your time with the helpdesks on the site and on Facebook. Just call with someone who can DO something about it.

Okay, it costed much time. They really should do these things better. So from 1 to 2 stars.

Canal Digital does not take responsibility for anything!

Well I have canal digital in Greece, when gugeling u can find an office representing canal digital, but they do not help u only make life more difficult! And when calling canal digital in NL they say it is a soort of partner where they have no say over. In other words nobody is responsible at canal digital whatever your loss is!

I did the mistake of subscribing with…

I did the mistake of subscribing with this company for 24 months. Four months before my contract expired i contacted them to cancel and I was told to contact them bit later , approx 2 months. In short I contacted Canal Digital in March and cancelled my subscription which was ending end of April. In April i received a faktura to pay for May so I called them and they recognized the mistake. They said that there was some problem in the system and that they fixed it and no charge will come. Today 31st of May (it's 00:40 now) they just took money from my account for a subscription that has been cancelled and it's not valid any more.

What else to say, that they are thieves? That I have to be checking my account every month to make sure they don't steal my money? Or that they are unprofessional? Or that this company is a JOKE? Stay away and don't spend your money nor your energy here. There are way much better products out there.

*** Apparently this happens for many customers so I believe we should at least report this company to the Swedish consumer association.

Not impressed.

Kind and helpful customer service but rarely deliver on promises. Has been nothing but headache. On every bill I have received I have been over-charged and had to call to adjust. Been a customer for less than a year and signed on with a salesman who came to my home, promised me the world and when I've emailed this agreement to the headquarters they say it's not valid. I have signed a deal for 2 years to get a bunch of free hardware but I want out. Have since installed fiber optics in my home and wish I could just switch back to good internet, Netflix, and HBO. plus the proxy streaming from Canada/US. No satellites, no bullsh*t and even with a VPN service way less money.

What??? "Sveriges nöjdaste kunder"?!?

One year ago I started a subscription. I am not watching Swedish TV so much, but if I want to see it, I want HD. I have to say: until now everything went okay. But the best way to test the quality of a firm os when you start to have problems. Well, I have now. Suddenly no signal at all anymore! When I started the subscription. they were so fast. But now: "We have now booked an technician who will contact you within 10 days." So it can take some weeks before I have Swedish TV back? This is really a very bad service! I am happy that I am not dependent of Canal Digital to watch the world final and the Tour de France. Because I also have canaldigitaal.nl .
