A 1000% complete waste of time.

A 1000% complete waste of time.
I am registered on August 2017, and every day 2-3 time check surveys, and If any, then straight away sent it, but never get any product - it is a completely rubbish company, don't recommend for anyone. I am really angry and I hate bzzagent.co.uk

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time. I've been a member for years, and I get the same surveys over and over, with no results. Yet brand new members get picked constantly. It's starting to seem like a con, so they can harvest peoples info, rather than an actual review site.

After trying the Firming body lotion I can say that it has a very nice fragrance, quickly absorbed, you do not need to put much on the body. My body is delicate and flexible. I recommend buying and trying.

Not what it used to be. A complete waste of time.

I have been a member of BzzAgent UK for 5 years, having signed up in 2012.
When I first joined there were plenty of surveys and I received some really amazing campaigns. I got a lot of great products to review and a good variety too.
The campaigns and surveys both slowly dried up. Now I am lucky to get one survey a month, and haven't had a campaign for at least a year.
Just take a look at their posts on Facebook, the majority of comments are from people like me, who have been loyal agents for years and are fed up of receiving nothing, whilst new members seem to get picked very early on (they insist this is not the case, but the comments speak for themselves).
I left a few comments myself, at first I got a message from a very sarcastic social media person, insisting that I'd been offered plenty of wonderful campaigns (I hadn't, I checked my email history, never received a thing).
Today I decide to take a look at their page as I haven't seen anything in a while, to find I have been blocked! I never posted anything rude or inappropriate, it seems they just dislike people complaining.
For a company all about "honest feedback" it seems awfully hypocritical to block people who want to share negative experiences. It looks like they blocked a lot of people, as their posts went from having a hundred or so comments each to 20 or 30. A crack down on dissenters!
It's also telling that they haven't taken ownership of this TrustPilot page. Again, they're all about honest feedback and word of mouth - why do they show no interest in their own feedback?
If you're thinking of signing up - don't bother.
They expect you to log in every day just to be told you've nothing. They've obviously taken on way too many new agents and don't have enough campaigns, which means the percentage of people who actually get invited to campaigns is tiny. And don't forget, being invited is no guarantee you'll get on it, as it's a first come first serve basis. If you're not staring at your emails 24/7 you'll probably miss out even if you do get invited. Which means the percentage of people who successfully get on campaigns is even tinier!
Save your time, it's just not worth it and they don't give a monkey's about their Agents.

Great fun

I signed up in March 2014, completed all the surveys, forgot about it, missed a few campaigns and gave up.

I then returned to it in late 2015, and got my first campaign. Since then i've had 5 products sent to me - all of which were proper products you'd find in shops, not samples! All they ask in return is reviews, photos, etc.

It's a bit of fun, especially if you don't expect too much. It's hit and miss as to whether you get any campaigns and once they email you to sign up to one, you generally only get a few hours before all the spaces are filled. However, if you do manage to get one, you are getting freebies for minimal work which is pretty cool!

Good until you need customer service!

I've been Buzzagent for a couple of months now, and I've been involved in three campaigns. Two of the campaigns have been fine, and I've enjoyed testing the products HOWEVER the third campaign not so much.

I got a voucher for free 1kg or 1.5kg bag of Nutricat cat food, however when I tried to redeem it I was told it was only valid up to £6.00 even though the store was charging £10 for the 1kg bag. In the end I paid £4.00 for the item, and was told to write to Bzzagent for an explanation.

The first email I got back to them indicated that the free voucher was only for a small bag of cat food, however I was able to send them a copy of the letter they sent which states 1.5kg bag.

After sending multiple emails to them they have not replied, no apology, not even an excuse! Just plain old silence.

So like I said, good until you need to deal with a person! Bzzagent customer service - nil points!
