Wrong item sent
Wrong item sent. Tried to return and was only offered a $60 credit that I had to spend WAY too much time and effort trying to get. In the meantime I went ahead and canceled the other part of my order which hadn’t shipped yet and was only credited back for the item itself and not the taxes. When I inquired about it (several times) I was told they would go ahead and give me the tax back on the item that I canceled but it “wasn’t a practice they normally did” What!? Poor, shady service all around. It took over a month to resolve this with several phone calls and emails. Will definitely avoid this company in the future.

Annoying Process but great CS
Honestly im annoyed with the whole process of getting my LGOLED77 TV fixed but as i have learned thats on LG not beach camera. the CS rep, Rey, has been very helpful and kind with this process as well as very responsive.

Bought a Samsung 8 tv shipping was fine delivery fine now we waited for our new carpet to be installed so the TV sat in the box safely in a spare bedroom. Now right for hockey to start it's finally setup no problems for a month then all of a sudden boom the factory stand screws pulled thru and snapped and the TV fell luckily my 3yo grandson was not playing near it. Now I tell the company what happens first response not within 90 days and I was in that time frame second response from them was it was wall mounted so not covered and again it was not wall mounted it was on tv stand that it came with. Then they only look at the picture where you can see plain as day the screws pulled thru and snapped. I supplied the pictures of the other 4 TV's that are same brand that I've never had a issue following directions after I was told I put 4 screws in wrong. After $4500 I got to use a TV that had a bad part for a month and am so disappointed in the fact that is says it has a warranty then they are not accountable!
Excellent Customer Service
I got the DJI 4 Mini Pro Drone package through the vendor on Amazon with the description of extra accessories such as two extra batteries and a charger hub. Everything arrived including the travel bag, landing pad, the drone in its original packaging with its accessories, all except the extra batteries and charger hub. I reached out to the customer service and had a lengthy conversation with multiple representatives, Maria, Riza and Dianne regarding the mismatch on the item description and what I received. Their resolution was to give me a partial refund to receive the extra parts on my own which I am very happy about. Can’t say every other customer service is like that, most would just take the return but this vendor went above and beyond to make the customer happy.

The description on the amazon was not corresponding to the picture shown, and they shipment was also missing some parts. So throught the amazon contact window, we found the differences missing, but they had ran out of inventory. Based on the lack of inventory, they offered a refund to buy the missing goods based the Amazon screenshots I sent... I am extremely happy to know that still honorable companies to work with in the digital market. We got our order complete. Thanks a lot !

The salesperson Billy patiently and very helpfully provided me all the information I needed to make my tv purchase at the end of his and Beach Camera’s work day. And then that same evening he and Beach Camera initiated the shipping process, put the warranty in place and emailed me that both those things had been done.

Fantastic customer service
Fast, efficient, responsive and highly professional.
My order (through Amazon) was shipped in double-quick time and was delivered a day early 👍🏼.
Unfortunately Fedex delivered it to the wrong address. I was able to track it down and took possession of the shipment the same day.
In the mean time, the team at Beach Camera were very helpful. They responded to my requests immediately, were very customer-driven, friendly and professional.
