Two months ago a builder employee in Craighall broke my windscreen. After 2-months we are still battling to get Builders to do anything about it. Their customer service is appalling! They say they will call you and never do, take ages to answer emails with no feedback or information what so ever. The lack of consideration and customer care is just unacceptable!

BUY FROM LEROY. SAVE STRESS AND TIME.On line Builders ware house say delivery included for geysers. Greenstone Hill Builders Express , does not come up as a a store. So the epic attempt to confirm telephonically starts.
The call centre cant find the store , even though i say Jhb confirms delivery for cape,suggests, wait for it...I buy THEN they ll confirm if delivery included . I say I m sorry but I can't carry on with those conversation. Two missed calls from another no which I return hoping the Greenstone store called back, but it's the call centre. I eventually find contact details for Greenstone, who cit me off transferring, i call again and despatch answersbut cuts me off. Then there s no answer from the store no. I try again the next day. Two calls later I get to despatch who says delivery only if you buy on line. I say their store doesn't come up and ask to speak to the manager. I get put through to a guy, who when I ask if he s the store manager says he isn't. Then I get put through to an extension that just rings. I call back and leave a message for the store manager to call me. I am still waiting and buying the geyser from LEROY MERLIN. Who are honest about delivery and answer their phone.

I bought gas for my heater and its a low grade gas, when i use someone gas my heater works but when i put gas i bought at builders its not staying lit, they selling low grade gas - i bought both cylinder and gas at the same time. i am so disappointed, people must stay away from busying gas at builders.

Builder Tableview fail to comply with their refund policy. I bought product o 14 April 23 and they refuse to do delivery which cause me te cancel and request refund. To date Builders failed to pay me back despite me following up. Manager, Leo Green has patronising and stink attitude full of excuses and rediculous run arounds. He refuse to listen to the refund request and do not accept their own receipt. Builder is frustrating the process and refuse my refund. This is theft at best and fraud. Poor customer service and I will never recommend or buy from Builder again.

After all the bad service I received across the board, it is hard to ignore EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Builders your call centre staff are by far the most competent and the service is next level. Thank you very much. They have gone above and beyond to assist with the smallest requests. I am extremely grateful and I would definitely continue to shop and recommend builders.🙂

I bought at Builders Express for R 750.00 swimmingpool articles. I did return them the next day (wrong size). They would refund me on my creditcard which i used. This never happenned, complained twice, but the answer was "you paid with a creditcard from a Dutch bank". I never received payment AND I did not get my returned articles back. Really bad!!
