Excellent service from Andrew at Bucherer. I had been trying to find a particularly difficult to find Cartier watch and tried numerous jewellers without success. After managing to locate the one I wanted online at Bucherer. com I called rang them up and spoke to Andrew who advised they had one in stock. Andrew arranged for the watch to be sized to fit my wrist to avoid any further delays once I received. Nothing was too much trouble and the watch was delivered within a couple of days. Andrew kept us updated and contacted us on a regular basis to ensure we were satisfied with. I would highly recommend Bucherer.

Unsatisfactory Service Experience with Laila at Bucherer Rolex Selfridges

In 2018, I made the purchase of two watches from your Bucherer branch located in Selfridges. One of the watches was a Submariner in white gold with a blue dial, and the other was a Submariner Hulk. During this purchase, I had the pleasure of being assisted by a lady named Laila. I also bought a diamond ring from your Zurich store.
After my initial purchase, I inquired with Laila about the availability of a steel version of the Skydweller, as I already owned the rose gold variant purchased from your Paris store. I revisited the store on multiple occasions, approximately two to three months apart, seeking to follow up on this request. However, to my dismay, I noticed a significant change in Laila's attitude and behavior towards me.
On subsequent visits, it appeared as though Laila did not recognize me, despite our previous interactions. She wore a somewhat disgruntled expression and consistently informed me that she could not locate my information within her system. In an attempt to clarify my identity and maintain transparency, I even presented her with my credit card receipts as evidence of my prior purchases.
Unfortunately, the level of service and the abrupt change in demeanor from Laila left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I believe that such experiences should not be part of the customer journey when dealing with a reputable establishment like Bucherer.
Please note I am not writing this in order to get a particular watch. I dont want any more and will never purchase from Bucherer.
I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in customer service and engagement.

First class customer service
First class service is difficult to find these days but today was one of those days. I had been trying to source a particularly difficult to find Cartier watch. After managing to locate the one I wanted online at Bucherer. com I called to check delivery details. I spoke to Amal who handled the transaction from start to finish. This included him taking the watch to the Covent Garden store to hand it over to me personally. Nothing was to much trouble and the complimentary champagne went down very well. Next time I need a significant timepiece I shall not hesitate to give Amal at Bucherer a call. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Purchasing a certified pre-owned Rolex…
Purchasing a certified pre-owned Rolex from Bucherer was a mixed bag. Telephone customer service on the central phone number virtually non-existent, however, when I finally figured out which store the watch in question was at (not really my job), the sales staff could not have been more helpful. The process of making the customer experience seamless needs work - if I had not really wanted the watch I would have frankly given up.

I am the first one to complain when a service is not up to my standards. I am therefore the first one to complement a company, a team or an employee for delivering a great service !
I have been dealing with Bucherer selfridges twice and was never disappointed !
I went to find my partner’s a push present and a Christmas gift couple of weeks ago … regardless of the way I was looking after a couple of sleepless nights looking after my first born, Ash, the manager welcomed me in the shop. He gave me great advices and offered options. We came to an agreement and a great deal for my search !!!
Emily was also there to help and look after me.
Honestly, they really went the extra mile, replying to my message on their day off, sending me pictures and following up with the engraving I asked for (at no extra charge)…
Great service, great support !

Watch buying at Covent Garden
I visited Bucherer in Covent Garden to collect my latest purchase. It was an online order of the new Tudor Black Bay on the 5 link bracelet. I dealt with Amal who was great. We had spoken on the phone and had good conversations in the lead up to collection. My experience in store was really good. My Dad also came with me as he was intrigued to see what happens with this sort of thing having never done it himself. And even he said had a great time.
When we entered the store we were greeted by the security on the door who was welcoming and polite, and then 2 or 3 members of staff who were also welcoming and polite. Asked how they could help us and when I told them I had an appointment, they disappeared off right away to find Amal to let him know we had arrived, along with our coffee order! Which gave us time to start to have a look round at the great watches they had. Even when we were walking around, other staff members were checking if we were ok and if we wanted anything to drink and they didn’t know we were waiting for an appointment!
During the appointment I felt very relaxed which was exactly what I wanted as a customer so credit to Amal for that! Again, staff offered another coffee/champagne/water.
I am a previous customer of Bucherer having bought 2 Rolex’s from Selfridges. Each time I have bought a watch, the buying experience has been brilliant at both stores.
I did speak to another member of staff afterwards about updating my register of interest on another 2 watches. Obviously I am hopeful of being allocated those watches that goes without saying, but I am also looking forward to visiting this store again to buy them.
All these memories are now associated with the watch and that’s a big part of watch collecting, memories!

Horrible customer service by Marcus at westfield store London.
I just spoke to Marcus, who was very unpleasant to talk to. He cut the call before I finished talking to him. Is this the service at Bucherer?
I went to the Westfield store to request for my watch repair yesterday and I was told I will be contacted today with the information about the delivery of the watch.
As I dint receive any call i called the head office and then in turn the Westfield store. I spoke to Marcus as he said, and gave me 2 options for change of battery which was not told yesterday.
He was rude on the call so I asked for a manager. And apparently manager had just gone for a meeting. And I asked him to tell the manager to call me back once he is free and to make a note of it. To which marcus replied that I dont need to make a note and i remember everything and cut the call.

I was introduced to Bucherer through my sister-in-law who purchased a lovely multi-coloured ring. I bought myself a bracelet from Bucherer and another item as a present. The product is great quality and the delivery service was good (FedEx). Navigating the website on the whole was good too. The only issue I had was trying to set up an account post purchase but that did not stop me making a second purchase.

Like a dodgy MOT garage
Claimed the sapphire crystal was scratched and needed replacing, which i had clean photos of before handing into the Selfridges boutique. Also they claimed a crown replacement was a standard service, but then charged extra - when i queried this, they advised it was just for itemisation.
Watches of Switzerland dont change the crown - which is obvious.
Terrible service centre - do not use.

We had such an amazing experience with Bucherer at Selfridges. Ash was extremely knowledgeable, non-pushy and just a really positive energy. We was explained about the 4 C's of diamonds and how they are then priced. We also managed to get my earrings cleaned by a gentleman called Danilo. Just an overall really pleasant experience and took a lot of the stress away from our decision. Some of the other stores we visited really made us feel rushed and under pressure to make a decision. We will be returning to purchase our engagement ring when back from holiday next month :)

I walked into the bucherer jewellery store where I was introduced to an amazing chap called ashley, he made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed, after telling him a few details about my partner he found me the perfect necklace. Bucherers Covent Garden…
I went into Bucherers Covent Garden store today to purchase a Rolex. I’m disabled and rely on a walking stick. The gentleman that opened the door for me was a true gent, he asked me to remove my cap (which I always do when entering indoors) and my sunglasses, no problem. The other members of staff, totally ignored me, the girls stood there chatting oblivious that I needed a member of staff to help me.
When a member of staff did acknowledge me (a Far Eastern male) I asked him about a Rolex Perpetual with the blue face, they are hard to get hold of, he sarcastically replied “I’m not a watchmaker”. Then I asked him about a Rolex submariner, he just pointed to the display.
I’m a very proud South Londoner and I have a very thick South London accent, the staff in the store where the snottiest and the most arrogant shop assistant that I have ever come across. I’ve just lost my wife, the last thing I needed today was snotty nosed staff looking down their noses at me!
When I purchased my Cartier from Watches Of Switzerland, I was treated like royalty. If this how Bucherers treats their disabled and customers who don’t speak with a stuck up accent shame on them! I will spend my money where it is appreciated, watches of Switzerland!
