Amazing quality merchandise. I love this store, the sheets are so soft and beautiful, the down pillows and comforter I purchase have literally changed the way I sleep in a very positive way.

I have shopped at BTS for many years now- the items in the store are very tasteful & of a very high quality. I was however, a little disappointed when I bought a beautiful throw blanket there on 12/24 (for a 25% discount) & on 12/26 (after opening gifts) my sister in law wanted to buy 5 more blankets as she was so thrilled with the gift I had given to her. I told her about the store and all of the wonderful goods they carrt. However, on 12/26 she went to purchase the blankets & they would no longer honor the 25% discount- really??? Most stores would certainly honor this especially given the amount of business I have done there over the years & the quantity of products that she purchased. I am disappointed.

I couldn't find what I need on the website so I called. The customer service rep was super helpful and found exactly what I needed. They have fast shipping and my new sheets are fabulous!

I love, love, love, my beautiful new bed! The staff at Between The Sheets were lovely (and very patient) and helped me put together a gorgeous new master bedroom in my brand new house. With decorative pillows, nightstands and the most comfortable sheets I have ever owned...I have a room that I love. I’ll be back for more. Thank you to the staff who helped me.

I never said anything before, but decided to do so this time.

Between the Sheets would generally be a wonderful store, with lots of cool things and amazing sheets; however, a couple of years ago we purchased $500 sheets. They should have been as soft as other sheets that we purchased in the past with the same thread count, and when I asked the salesperson, he said after a few washes they would "soften up." He assured me they would be like our other sheets. They didn't. Sheets at this price should be the best quality and softest, but these were not.

Also, we purchased a nice clock for our guest bathroom. After we put a battery in, we saw that it never kept the correct time. When we tried to return it, they would not take it back, even though it didn't work! With a lot of hassle and talking, the same salesperson finally agreed to give us store credit. Again, for items that expensive, that is not a way to handle a customer.

With the availability of really high thread count sheets on the market today, and with the way the clock was poorly handled, I would not purchase anything from Between the Sheets again.

Terrible customer service. Returns for damaged merchandise is criminal, horrible people, vastly over priced.

The quality of your product has diminished. The sheets now have a roughness to them and they wrinkle easily. That is using a low setting on the dryer to keep them from wrinkling. The towels use to absorb water like a sponge, but now they are more like drying with a cotton ball. I have been using linens from Between the Sheets since 1992. In the last few years I have noticed a lesser quality. The price is the same, but what happened to the quality?

Love the quality of the sheets. The only place I could find the color I love, blush, for many years, although no longer available which makes me very sad. The comforter and pillow quality is the best quality I have found ever. And I love the candles that Between the Sheets has custom made--my favorite being the Stella candle. Their customer service is always excellent and the merchandising of products is beautiful.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and offer focused assistance when on the spot to find items for clients. Always my 'go to' place for shopping. Lovely showroom with selective accessories and bedding.

I love Between the Sheets and have purchased various items. However, I find that a lot of items are out of reach for me financially. Between the Sheets is kind of expensive is my thought. However, I love to go there and look around at all the beautiful things they have. Lottie Miller

I purchased a King size bed spread from this store and was told I could bring it back if it didn't work. However, when I got it home I found it was all wrong for my bedroom. I brought it back to the store the next time I came to Calif. ( I live in Hawaii.) The ladies said I could have a store credit only. It was all I could do to maintain my anger. It's not like I live in the next town over. I had to purchase something, ...anything, to use up my credit because I would't be back to the mainland for a very. very long time. If Between the Sheets refuses to return money to customers for return purchases, then please, please, stop asking our opinion. If you truly want to understand your customers, please listen to what they are saying. They are telling you. please listen. The only reason I am rating the store with one star is because there wasn't a place for zero stars. Please take me off of your email and home address. You asked, I obliged.
