Helpful service and very happy with our purchase.

Good, helpful and no pressure service from James and a good deal on the car. Price was not the lowest but the service and standard of presentation of the car, which had been repaired, was excellent. Both myself and my husband were able to have a test drive and all our questions were answered. When the car we wanted to test drive was no longer available we were offered one that had come in that morning in part exchange. Saved us a wasted journey and we ended up buying the car.

The sales person

The sales person, Lee Stackhouse has worked for Brindley for many years and as a repeat customer I would highly recommend. Lee is patient, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for him.

Buyers beware

Buyers beware. Disgusting business practices. Sold me a car and tried to raise the price at the 11th hour and pulled out of the sale. They re-listed the car at a higher price before the issue was even resolved, following that I had to chase them for a refund of my deposit (because doing that automatically once they pulled out would have been too much hard work). Treating customers fairly is a joke to the staff here. Dealt with Ellis and Andrew Eling. Have raised a case with the ombudsman to investigate.

0/5 STARS – DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL
I paid a reservation fee to hold a car and spent four days going through the sales process, believing we had a deal. Only after wasting nearly a week of my time did they send a gutless email claiming the price was "advertised incorrectly" because their "technology got it wrong."
They even admitted this has happened before, yet they continue to use the same "glitch" to bait customers.
The lack of communication is staggering. Ellis wouldn't pick up the phone, and the manager, Andrew, was nowhere to be found. I called repeatedly for an explanation, but they completely ducked me. The only time I actually got a call back was when they wanted to process the refund and sweep me under the rug.
If you value your time and expect basic integrity, stay away. Ellis and Andrew are cowards who would rather hide behind a screen than stand by their word or pick up a phone. Absolute joke of a dealership.

My experience with brindley honda wolverhampton.

Have used brindley honda wolverhampton for many years, buying new cars and used cars from them, always had them looking after our cars and would highly recommend them to anyone, have just recently bought another used Honda hrv hybrid from them and am looking forward to many trouble free years with it, obviously brindley honda wolverhampton will be looking after it.

Great place to buy a car

Great place to buy a car. Salesman wasn’t at all pushy. Had a great deal for my trade in and very pleased with the price of the new car. The hand over was quick and faultless. I would definitely recommend this company.

Reliable Service and Great Aftercare

I’ve used Brindley Group for both buying a car and servicing, and I’ve been very impressed. Their aftersales support is just as good as the initial purchase, with professional technicians and clear communication throughout. It’s reassuring to know they use proper parts and equipment, and the team always go the extra mile to help. Definitely a dealership you can trust.

Purchased a used Mazda CX-5 with cash…

Purchased a used Mazda CX-5 with cash payment at Brindley Mazda Wolverhampton in June 2025. The customer service was appaling. The car wasn't even wiped clean of dust. Went for the 3rd year service this week after struggling for weeks to get through to their service department to get an timely appointment. The customer service was curt, unhelpful and very expensive. The customer service from Brindley Mazda Wolverhampton don't even call back. The car wasn't even offered a basic valeting, even my independent garage offers this.Shocking to discover that Mazda has no better options in the West Midlands. Mazda Japan has a very poor sales partner in the Brindley Mazda, Wolverhampton.

Fantastic Car Buying Experience

I recently purchased a car from Brindley Group and the whole process was excellent. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy, which made a big difference. There was a great selection of vehicles to choose from, and I felt confident knowing each one had been thoroughly checked. Driving away with everything sorted so smoothly really made it a positive experience.

Unbelievable service.

Jacob was amazing! He made sure we knew everything about the car and gave me an excellent service from start to finish.

Brindley Chery Cannock have been exceptional

Brindley Chery Cannock have been excellent and have given a professional and very efficient experience. Nothing was too much trouble keeping me well informed from start to finish. Led by manager Chris and sales Luke both being exceptional assisting my purchase giving help and guidance and support even in securing insurance. Would not hesitate to use this branch again nothing but a 5 star service. I highly recommend.

When looking for a particular vehicle

When one is looking for a particular car and they find what they are looking for , they want the process of buying to be as transparent and smooth as possible .
I had both at Brindley's and the experience was good especially when you drive away knowing that what they said they would do they have done and you know you did the right thing by buying from them!
