Poor experience with Braun drip coffee maker (cheap quality, especially the fragile pot that breaks glass chips into the coffee), and even worse warranty support by the 3rd party DeLonghi company that is some of worst warranty and customer support we've seen from any company in the past 10 or 20 years. Our experience indicates we should not purchase any Braun products of any type in the future if this is the quality and warranty service we can expect from this company. Too bad, Braun used to be a good brand many years ago before the current ownership made it one of the worst.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered model 9599cc, but received model 9597cc twice, including after an unnecessary return that could have been avoided with proper communication.
Braun markets these products under different model numbers, shows them as separate products on its website, and sells them at different prices ($459 vs $409). It is therefore reasonable for a customer to expect clear and material differences. This was never explained during the first support interaction.
Only after multiple chats was I informed that the products are considered the same and differ only in accessories. As compensation for more than a month of delay and poor customer handling, Braun offered a 10% discount applicable only to a future assisted order, which is inadequate.
This experience reflects a serious lack of transparency and customer care for a premium-priced product.
One star only, because zero stars are not an option.

Disappointed with Braun Silk épil 9 Epilator For Easy Hair Removal. The device does not effectively remove hair and is extremely painful to use. I don’t recommend purchasing any products from Braun.
Braun Series 9 electric razor replacement head
This is regarding the Braun replacement head for the Series 9 electric razor... 1st of all, a lack of replacement products are readily available & of what is available, prices are getting out of reach (all while reviews of the 94M blade are not so good).
I. E. Amazon.ca retailers are selling JUST the replacement head 94M for $100.00 + & the 96M for $163.00 + CAD before taxes (& it seems to be a trend in other parts of the globe).
After over 30 years of using Braun, I guess it is time for a change but we had a good run, thanks.
WORST SHAVER!
This is the most expensive and the worst shaver that I ever used! I don't even know how are they allowed on the market! Terrible quality, MOST OVERRATED BRAND!
Faulty in under a year and terrible warranty
Bought their immersion blender set up. Was good but stopped working well in under one year. The company responsible for their warranty, De'Longhi, has taken almost 2 months to replace it after saying the replacement would arrive in 10 working days. When called, they said there was no way they could possibly figure out why the warehouse hadn't sent it yet as there was no way for their customer service dept to communicate with the warehouse. This is an expensive product to be faulty after one year and to have a very poor warranty cover.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, they make it so difficult to get a replacement, even though the item was still under warranty and they have all our details, and then insult you by offering you a pathetic £15 off your next brawn product, and then you must have a PayPal account or send them your bank details. I will never buy Braun products again
Order lost twice, refund delayed pending carrier return
I ordered a Braun product directly and it was intended as a Christmas gift. The first shipment was lost by UPS. Braun sent a replacement, but the second shipment was also lost and is now under an official UPS loss claim.
Customer service stated that they cannot issue a refund until the delivery partner returns the item, even though the item has not been delivered and is currently classified as lost. This has left me stuck waiting indefinitely despite never receiving the product.
While I understand carrier processes, as a customer it’s frustrating to have payment held when fulfillment has failed twice and the package is not in my possession.
I hope Braun improves how non-delivery cases are handled so customers aren’t left without a product or resolution when shipments are lost.

I originally bought Braun 9 series shaver in 2020. Shortly after it went wrong. It went back to their official repairer 'shaver centre' 4 times, before a few weeks ago, giving up yet again. Against my better judgment, I have just paid £260 for their latest Braun 9 series Pro. I have tried several times to register this product, for the extended warranty, and each time, being told 'technical hitch, try later'. I have tried to phone their so called customer service, who don't even answer the phone. I wait to see what kind of quality I get from this, but frankly, combined with their appalling customer support, and the very dubious quality of this product, i really would not recommend anyone, buying a braun product. Thery do not deserve the business.

Braun series 9 Pro
Braun series 9 Pro. I never thought the shave was all that. The only way you could charge it was via Brauns own lead with their very own connector. Recently I thought I would give it another try (because it wasn’t cheap),I looked for the lead to charge it and couldn’t find it, it never came with a dock you could put it in/on. So I looked through the hundreds of leads I have accumulated over the years. Not one would fit.

Purchased a shaver on 02/12/25 which still hasn't been delivered, the customer service hasn't been great either mostly a lot of "your order will be with you in the next 24hrs". Evri have set up a delivery slot twice and both times the driver hasn't shown up even though I've been in both times and braun customer service just don't seem to care. Issue is still ongoing
