My order was a birthday present

My order was a birthday present. I noted on my order a message to the recipient and a bottle of booze turned up at my mate's house with zero message and zero details who sent it.

Not delivered...

I ordered a birthday present for delivery. It was not delivered to the address although instructed it could be left. It was left for collection 30 minutes away. I was not even informed it had not been delivered and needed to be collected.
Only for I tracked the present I would be non the wise that the gift had not been delivered. When I reached out to boozbud. The reply was simply that they were not informed why it was not delivered by aus post... not very helpful.

BoozeBud couldn’t care less about their loyal customers

I recently made a purchase through BoozeBud and realized that the same beers were advertised $15 cheaper and $8 cheaper than what I had paid. I ask for a price match via their app as I have done this before and they have credited my BoozeBud account for future orders. (This was the reason why I never shopped around before purchasing due to the price match guarantee.)

Day 1:Requested a price match - automated response that someone would get back to me as soon as they could
Day 3: did a survey expressing my displeasure in the time taken to respond- automated response that someone would get back to me as soon as they could
Day 9: asked for an update and was told by Maxwell they required links and not screen shots was offered a promo code to cover the difference which did not occur. (I specifically did a screenshot to show it was current and they could have also checked it via the link in the screenshot. These prices were still current and I sent though a link showing that)
Day 11: email send back by Amy to ask if I was going to purchase the products again and essentially that they can’t do anything as they cannot verify the pricing. I express my displeasure as they could have told me this on my initial request for a price match and I could have sent it though. They could have also looked at the link to verify this. I have asked Amy to forward my email onto management and I’m sure it’s been ignored. For someone who has ordered thousands of dollars with BoozeBud I find their service appalling and they have definitely lost me as a customer over $23. It clearly shows they don’t value loyalty and have not received a response.

Great service

I have had some issues with BoozeBud in the past but their customer service has always been exceptional!
My last couple purchases have been flawless and delivery times are back to pre covid normal.
