The customer service is a bot that try to convince you to be a human 😂 but same time don't understand shit and give you nonsense answers. Im so sick of this bulshit! I have warranty complaint after using product 2 times and it takes forever with the partner. They handle one email a day so after 6 days of nonsense questions I still do not have resolution. That's why I contacted bol unfortunately they offer only conversation with stupid bots. All what the bot could offer me it was contact with partner.

Bought a soundbar that didn’t fit my expectations and sent it for return. 1 month later they still can’t process it and always postponing the return of the money, until they finish their investigations.
Update: the situation got resolved, apparently the package was lost during the delivery and they couldn’t find it in their warehouse. This should have been signalled way earlier since I reached out to them multiple times, but glad in the end everything was solved.

Such a night mare….
I ordered a samsung speaker in Bol.com and ended up having issues with device and decided to return it. Its been 14 days seller is not responding to my emails with tracking information when they would come for pickup.
Contacted seller via email and phone atleast 15 times in 3 days, always lies and not sharing correct information.
Contacted bol customer service to help, this became really annoying to hear that they say they didnt sell the product and it is sold by the seller/partner where they dont have control over them and not able to resolve the issue.
Now i am stuck with my money of €850 and with fault product which cannot be registered with Samsung.
Who will pay my money back by taking this fault device
I bought by looking at bol.com not the seller, I am started loosing trust on bol , i am being a customer for bol since 3 years paying every year for select subscrption and i am being treated like this.
Update 15-Aug: Bol never reached me out but there response says they requested some info from me but they never did

Really bad customer service. It seems like everyone working from home and when the call could not work through then hang up. The first custom service I interact with sounds Indian and did not even listen to me. He kept interrupting and when I speak, he hung up. I got four calls today and no one can help me out. The funny thing is I want to buy something from them and it did not link to the page.

I wish I could give a zero. Ordered a laptop. It wasn’t delivered as they couldn’t get through to the partner supplying the laptop. Then have to wait 3 weeks to get my money back. Previously ordered an office chair on a seperate order. Get a notification of delivery and cancellation on the same day. Then get paid short. Nobody from senior management to speak to. Nobody to escalate the issues to. When calling customer service your call is placed to the back of the queue each time you call to complain. Shit company.

Short version: Missed their own 15-day warranty promise, refused refund, and keep stalling. Now I’m stuck with no monitor, no money, and no clear answer.
Full version: I bought an expensive monitor from Bol.com Retourdeals, expecting the 15-day repair guarantee shown on the Bol.com order page. After sending it in for repair, the 15-day deadline passed with no resolution. Instead of refunding me, they stalled — first claiming the policy didn’t apply because it was “Retourdeals,” even though the policy was displayed next to my purchase.
When that excuse failed, they shipped the item back without consent, gave no tracking until I chased them, and left it with a neighbour. I clearly stated I wanted a refund and was willing to cooperate for a return, but they keep “routing my request to another department” without ever confirming if they will refund me.
It’s now been 50 days since the repair started, and I’m still in limbo. Other reviews show I’m not the only one — this seems to be a repeated tactic. If this happens to you, report it to ACM ConsuWijzer (the Dutch consumer authority) so they can investigate.

My mom spent over 300 or 200 euros on a new phone! She received Cien shower gel INSTEAD! Bol.com has been a staple online store for me for years, but now? I think I'm adjusting my opinion on their online store! The "phone" was also packaged in Amazon packaging and had nothing to do with Bol.com or a Samsung Galaxy S20 phone. Highly disappointed!

I would put zero stars if I could. They sold me a cream which I then realised it is illegal as it contained prescription antibiotics in it and the manual was also only written in turkish. I flagged it and they took it off their website but they refuse to refund me because I have opened it! Jeopardised my health and my baby's health as I am a breastfeeding mother and instead of thanking me for flagging the illegal item on their product list, they refuse to even refund it!

The select subscription is a scam. They offer something they never give. Avoid it.
Update: I'm so surprised they managed to reply to this review knowing that they never replied to my customer service request. If you have time to reply here maybe better allocate the manpower to replying to customer service, that's what will improve your rate here.
I called the customer service hoping for a better answer, they picked the phone, i spoke in English, the guy replied in Dutch, i asked if it's possible to speak to someone in English, he switched to french!! And continued speaking in french they he closed the line.
Miserable way to treat your select customers.

My order number is A0006WUUKU. I purchased a product on Bol.com on 29-06-2025. I submitted a return request on the day I received because it does not look right. The product provider never response, so I still didn't receive a return address. I called bol at least 10 times to ask for a solution. They said they call the provider, email the provider, contacted the provider for three times. Then it seems that the provider disappeared. Bol gave me an address of their provider, but the address number is incorrect. I cannot return to this address. Bol said they will the find their other department for solution. No response. Then bol said they will reflect this to their headquarter, but their headquarter also didn't respond. Now they said they need more time just to wait for a return address. I do not see any hope or possibility.

I ordered a monitor on Sunday, to be delivered on Wednesday. On Wednesday I am informed it would be delivered Thursday, the day I am not at home.
I asked Bol if there would be some form of compensation for the fact that I now had a useless day off. The response was: no.
So I told them to cancel the order, to be informed I could only do that after four days. Which is, of course, bullshit, as I can cancel anytime before delivery.
I told that to the customer service with the request to confirm that I canceled today. They just repeated it could only be done after four hours and ended the chat.
My advice: stay away from this horrible company. I know I will never order here again.
Edit after comment: I suppose customer service is even worse, just trying to look good with their response. That request that they had sent 14 hours ago, has definitely not arrived.
Update 4 days later: That request from them still has not arrived. Such a bunch of liars. Don't buy here, this must be one of the crappiest customer service around.

I had a case ongoing for over 3 months, being in contact with Bol customer service on average several times a week. The issue concerned mistakes made by one of their vendors, and also by Bol staff directly. Overall their staff treated my case horribly, displaying clear incompetence and being completely unempathetic.
After I left a one star review on trustpilot earlier this month, Bol replied and advised they would look into my case after I sent them additional information. I sent all information as requested, but they unsurprisingly never got back to me about it. Therefore I again want to advise anyone against ever doing business with Bol.com, if things go wrong chances are you will receive awful treatment
Update: After I wrote the above review Bol finally got back to me, completely ignoring my previous review from earlier this month that explains the problem more thoroughly; I was treated horribly without any acknowledgement or apology, and I eventually got a 10€ gift certificate after having begged for compensation. This is unacceptable, and now they keep ignoring my feedback, further proving that Bol customer service is the worst I've experienced.
