I ordered a vaico water pump for my bmw 320d, I specifically wanted a metal impeller as they last longer. The part I recieved looks very well made and happy with the purchase as oem was nearly double the price.

I had called the mobile number as I was desperate for new injector sealing washers and couldn't source them locally. I spoke to a lovely gentleman on the phone, who I assumed was the owner of bmwpartsonline. He was very well manner and polite, he appeared to understand the parts business well. I asked if he could add the sealing rings, and change the shipping, which he did. I recieved the parcel exactly in the timeframe quoted 1-3 business days.

Just a heads up, there's no need to select parcelforce as a delivery option unless you have a very heavy part (30kg+). I wrongly assumed that the higher shipping cost would mean I receved the parcel next day, which as he explained is not how it works.

I was surprised after reading some of the reviews! Buy order a part, turns out to be out of stock nevertheless Danny got the part to as soon as it came into stock. Cheers

Don't bother. Send you low quality items that are missing parts. Nice one. Just go aftermarket off Amazon. Save yourself a headache.

Ordered parts from this 'company' as they were needed for a major upcoming 100k mile service on my car, and on their website showed as dispatched. I thought to myself, "Excellent, should be here in a few days". Yet, 10 days later they hadnt arrived, after enquiring on an ETA, he eventually replied several days later stating that they hadn't been dispatched yet. Unfortunately, the parts arrived 3 days after my cars 100k mile service and I had to rebook my car in again next week to have them fitted. I only saved around £35 buying from him instead of directly from Sytner, Cardiff. But it'll cost me a lot more than I've saved rebooking my car in to have them fitted. Avoid this outfit like the plague. 0/5☆

I had a good experience with BMWPartsonline until I didn't. In 2024, I ordered 2 parts, and paid for them. Subsequently, I was told that one of the parts had been discontinued by BMW and was unavailable. Ever since then, I attempted many, many times to get the money for the discontinued part refunded, but to no avail. I emailed and called and it didn't get me anywhere. To date, my refund is still pending. I've now stopped dealing with this Co. and I recently ordered parts from somewhere else.

Arrived after 4 days.

Danny sourced me a window regulator for an 8 series, £80 cheaper than dealer, I did have a long wait and he is useless at answering his calls but he did personally deliver the part to me at cost to himself. I did receive my part and I did save money, the guy just needs to up his game on communication.

Ordered a new fuel cap over 2 weeks ago now. Charged over £9 in postage. Emailed for updates. Had an apology saying they would chase, and then refund. Now no responses whatsoever despite numerous emails requesting a refund.

Do not go near this company. I ordered some expensive parts from them. They were very prompt in sourcing what I needed and offered a very competitive quote. I ordered and paid for the parts and was told they would deliver in 5 days. 1 month later I still have no parts. They don't answer emails and they don't answer the phone. They will however answer me using a different email address if I send an enquiry. BE WARNED this company are scammers avoid them or lose your money.
