I was expecting a delivery from Onbuy

I was expecting a delivery from Onbuy, the company sent the parcel, by Bluecare express delivery, theyare saying it was delivered through my letterbox which it wouldn't of fit through.

On the delivery times one is saying it was delivered Saturday 17th and one saying it was delivered today Monday 19th.

I have Street security cameras as well as door bell cameras which clearly shows no delivery attempt but the sender is saying Bluecare as delivered my parcel so that it the end of the dispute. I am fuming now as I have lost £21 through this delivery company.

I have been tracking my parcel for 3…

I have been tracking my parcel for 3 weeks already and today finally it said delivered at 3am in the morning and ofcourse that parcel was never delivered, with that said no parcel can be delivered at 3am. This company is fake and a scam. I am not even sure if I will get my refund for the parcel

Anorexic all day long baby

Excellent at delivering fresh air,I opened the door and the fresh air was there,delivery is always prompt for this item,However I ordered some diet pills as I have suffered with my weight for some years ,I’m morbidly obese I weigh in at 62 stone,I ordered the diet pills
7 months ago and am still waiting,I am still waiting and have now gained another 30 stone .
I have now resorted to getting a builder in to knock the kitchen wall down and make it open plan so my left anus cheek can fit in the kitchen,I have use
20 sets of joiners G-clamps to hold back the fat every
time I go for a piss.

Bluecare express is a scam

Bluecare express is a scam and can be easily manipulated by china’s sellers on eBay to use smoke and mirrors with shipping information that are fake and you’ll never get your items. Be aware to use a credit card to get your money back and scam protection. Update: today 7/31/25 and no delivery, I put a claim into my credit card company and PayPal, my money was refunded.

Said my item has been delivered and…

Said my item has been delivered and left in porch. I do not have a porch. Bought a product from onbuy and this delivery company didn't deliver item or try and reschedule. Heard nothing back from both companys. Waste of money and I'm very annoyed.

Wouldn't even give a one star if possible what a rip off been in touch with them loads no joy .said they'd delivered item amd they'd had not. Out of pocket now as no refund. So annoyed , like other people says put threw letterbox ,no way. These company's should be closed down

Zero star !!! Please avoid this company they are professional scammers. I have ordered aquarium light from eBay and it doesn’t arrived. They give you tracking number but it will show you delivered within 15hrs after purchase from eBay how it possible to deliver parcel within 15hrs 😣😣😣

QUITE HAPPY

I have to say i was more that a little concerned when i read some of the reviews of this company.Therefore i was pleasantly surprised to get my delivery on ethe day stated including being left in the place i asked.He even shut the gate. Can`t asl for more.

Unbelievable,Stressful, Empty handed! Out of pocket!

Absolutely disgraceful service. Item never arrived. Took it up with customer car who said it was delivered and sent a photo of the boxed item clearly outside of a property that wasn't mine. They wouldn't accept that it wasn't my address and washed their hands of me. Seller won't refund because the tracking says delivered. So I'm now £39 down and one disappointed child up due to this useless or possibly scamming company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND OWN MONEY!

SCAM PROTECTED BY EBAY

SCAM PROTECTED BY EBAY! I've purcgased something on Ebay, never received the product, the seller said that Bluecare Express delivered my ite. According to Ebay I'm not eligible for a refund because I've no proof that they didn't deliver! 😡 neither do they put a leaflet through the door to proof they've actually been here. I've lost my money, Ebay denies responsibility. AVOID BLUECARE EXPRESS!!!

Absolutely shocking experience

Absolutely shocking experience. They stated they delivered a parcel when they hadn't. When sending them an email, I got told the packaging will have an amazon label on it and to ask all my neighbours which I did prior to contacting them, all done with my leg broke. I shouldn't have to chase parcels that they are claiming to have delivered. Why are these people not being inspected. Its fraud to claim a parcel was delivered when it wasn't.

⛔️SCAMMERS⛔️

This guys are scammers , they just give you fake tracking number , and fake tracking history, and they end up saying goods been delivered and handed to the resident :))
they are all fakes and Lies.
i have order some goods from OnBuy , and they have done this to me , be aware seller name on ONBUY is InfinityMart avoid them on OnBuy , i believe the seller they are working with this guys they are scammers and criminals too . AVOID THEM GUYS 🛑🛑🛑
