Non-existent customer service
I ordered a product that was on sale on the manufacturer’s website for $100 less than Blue and Cream. Instead of stopping the shipment, I requested a price match. They did not respond. I asked the cancel the order 3x. They did not respond. When I received the shipment notification, I emailed again asking them not to ship. They did not respond. They don’t have a phone number. No one answers the phone at their physical stores. Their return policy is horrendous. I do not recommend buying from them.
Don't trust the positive reviews
Don't trust the positive reviews. I ordered a very rare shoe in a size 10. It was the last pair. They took my money and never shipped it. They re-listed the same shoe for $800 more dollars 2 days later. Emails have gone unanswered. I will be filing a police report and seeking legal action.

We love this store! Shop here all the time and it’s always great, with a fabulous selection. Their own line of clothing is also great.

I bought a pair of $450 pants. When they didn't fit I returned them. They gave me no refund, no credit , AND they kept the pants. This company is the worst.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had in a shop. The store manager literally threw us out of his shop! I copied this review on several platforms, hoping future clients see it and run away.
We were coming back after having bought a pairs of sneakers for my husband, and realizing that they had charged us for a pair of Airmax 95, instead of Airmax 90. Already pretty annoying, let’s say mistakes happen. The manager refunded the difference, but after bad surprise number 1, came bad surprise number 2: they charge $190 for that pair of Nike, instead of $145 in a Nike store in Broadway. That’s crazy!! While I fully understand the need to have a margin as an independent store, a €45 price difference is insane. We asked for a refund and this is when the manager literally started shouting at us.
I see in the comments that exactly the same thing happened to another client last year, and similarly the manager became very aggressive and asked them to step out of the store. I’ve never seen this before anywhere, and I’m shocked that this could happen particularly in New York where customer service is generally impeccable.
You should learn to calm your nerves, sir. As a sales person myself, it happens to me to be in a disagreement with a client. But under no circumstance would I ever shout at anyone.

HORRIBLE customer service - don't!
This is my first time writing one of these reviews so that should tell you everything you need to know. I'm a bit of an online shopaholic frequently ordering from premium online retailers like Net-a-Porter, Shopbop, etc.
Here's my experience in a nutshell: I ordered a Blank NYC leather jacket that arrived smelling like actual mildew and initiated a return. At that point I realized that they did store credit only so I ordered a pair of jeans at the equal $450. The jeans arrived 3 sizes too big (not advertised as running large) so I tried to initiate another return only to find out I was 3 days past their ridiculous 7 day window.
It took customer service 4 days to respond and they were incredibly rude and refused to even exchange for a smaller size. It's almost comical to me that a business can actually be in business these days without good customer service.
So, out $465 total. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering because this company is a total and complete fraud with policies meant to steal money from people. I disputed the charge with Chase and hoping they will refund me - they actually understand what custom service is.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! I ordered an aviator nation sweatshirt for my granddaughter. It was all she wanted. It never shipped and the only way you can contact customer service is through e mail which I have tried 4 times with no response. The only recourse I have now is to dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from Blue and Cream!
Order not sent, but payment taken
Order placed and payment taken over 3 weeks ago. Confirmation email sent, but no shipping. Emailed and automatic response only. No information received. Concerned as over $600 USD.

I give it four stars because the shipping time. I didn't think that it takes that long to receive my order to be honest, considering that I didn't order my dress from overseas but it took weeks for them. Everything else was great. Still thanks tho.
rude worker
Went in to look around and the lady with the dark long hair was not pleasant and was very rude. There’s a certain way to say things, and she completely talked down to me and my friend. The other workers were very nice, but this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth.

Ordered a dress that was on sale but still almost 400.00. Was too small on me and when I tried to return was told that sale items were final when that was not listed on then item or in my order receipt. Had to search in the FAQ’s to find. Very misleading. Sent and email and left a voicemail for customer service and no response. Very disappointed.
