The delivery went wrong left in safe place there was no safe place recipient did not find their gift I had to call them and ask them to go look for it totally ruined the object of the exercise a nice SURPRISE after running and completing marathon so awkward calling them very disappointing

Delivery let down from Royal Mail
The service from Biscuiteers was as efficient as ever, unfortunately Royal Mail appear to be sending the package between depots and it is yet to be delivered to my niece. From the Royal Mail tracking info, it looks like it has now gone from Tonbridge ( which would be local to her) but they have now sent it to the Medway Depot, which seems odd. Hoping it will arrive before too long.

That's certainly not what we would want. Having looked into this for you I can see that this order went for delivery on the requested delivery date, but as the recipient was not available, they were unable to complete delivery.
We can however see that the delivery was then completed the next working day, which was today.
