The jeans I purchased are top quality and as described. The fit is perfect. My second purchase from this company and I am not disappointed.

If I could, I would give Birdsnest 10 stars! Incredible customer service and such speedy delivery. Every package arrives wrapped beautifully in tissue paper and usually with a personal note from a Birdsnest team member. If I have selected an item that doesn’t suit, there have never been any issues in returning it, exchanging it or getting a quick refund. This is what online shopping should be! Excellence equals Birdsnest, in my view.

Bought a rather expensive jacket (made in China). Wore it to a show in Sydney but on my return to the hotel a number of buttons had fallen off and edges frayed. Sent an email off and they sent a return package plus a new jacket. The package was badly packed and ripped. I took the replacement jacket out of damaged package and the buttons on this garment were just as bad and one was already off loose in the package. So I have sent the two damaged jackets back and hoping for a refund. So probably won't be back in a hurry.....
