Would give them ZERO stars if I could. Easy 90-day no-questions-asked return policy is simply a lie. Nothing easy about it at all. I saw no effect with this supplement after 60 days; in fact my weight and A1c started to creep up. My endocrinologist said this is a scam and if you're already taking a metformin medication and a statin drug, this supplement could damage your health. Stay away. Stick to the advice of your physician.

I ordered a year's worth of the Berberine Capsules (12 bottles) and 12 of the Chromium Picolinate capsules. Was sent 12 bottles of chewable tablets instead. They are wholly ineffective for lowering blood sugar or weight loss. Sent them back within the 90 day window for a full refund. They require a tracking number which is another $14.00. Just received an email stating that it is no longer a 90 day window but 60 days and I will receive no refund even though what they sent was NOT what was ordered. They also said there was "no follow-up" which is not factual as I have retained 22 separate emails back and forth about the order. The company BioNature does NOT handle any returns but goes through a company called 'Cart Panda" which is the worst of the 2 companies.

I ordered 3 bottles of pills and I got 3 bottles of chewable tablets they lied on there advertised products it really sucks to pray on people like this so I opened a dispute with my card now let see what these crooks do now.

Today, I received my one-year purchase (12 bottles for $408) of BioNature Inc Premium Chromium + Berberine supplements. Immediately, I took one tablet, which was sweet and had the texture and feel of a chewable tablet (I'm an RN, so you notice these things). I also immediately noticed that the bottle I opened looked like it has an incomplete quantity. In fact, there were only 27 tablets, when there should be 30. Upon further examination, I discovered an inconsistent quantity of tablets in randomly-selected bottles, as well as an inconsistent number of dessicant packages. Unfortunately, the poor quality control and overall quality of the tablets leads me question the quality of product from this company. Reviews of this company are not favorable and several reviewers mention this company is a scam with problems getting returns approved. Upon notifying the company, I received a response where they offered me a 35% partial refund as a "goodwill gesture". This goes against the website's 90 days money back guarantee. I responded back that I want my entire refund. So, we'll see. As it stands, I will never to business with this company again, based upon my brief but significantly disappointing experience.

Zero if I could. Scammed and finally got a 50% refund as international shipping to return the wrong supplement sent to me would have been expensive and who knows when a refund would have been given! I ordered the combo Berberine Chromium nanoparticle capsules and received chewable tablets that have poor absorption. Wish I’d read these reviews before buying. Disappointed and embarrassed that I got scammed. CartPanda finally has me 50% back so reluctantly accepted and learned a lesson.

Bionature Inc. offered a nanoparticle enhanced chromium + berberine capsules purportedly to bypass the stomach acid. What I got was a chewable tablet, much like all of the complaints about the product. I went through Cartpanda (866) 637-2482 to get somebody the discuss return of the product. Was offered 50% of what I have paid but I said no. I am returning the product. We'll see I get a full refund. Will update.

As many other reviewers have reported, they shipped me the wrong product, a chewable chromium tablet, not the berberine/chromium capsules they tout. Then they delayed and balked at fixing the issue. Demanded that I send them a photo of what they shipped me and still were mostly non-responsive. They finally agreed to refund after I shipped the product back at my own expense, despite it being their error, and despite their guarantee saying you don't have to return anything. Then they shorted me $49 of the refund without explanation, for which I'm still fighting them. I have had to file a dispute with the credit card company over it. But based on other reviews here, I guess I should count myself lucky that I got anything refunded at all.

The video used to advertise was fake. The doctor whose video they used states that he doesn’t advertise for any

I was in the middle of ordering this product online and my phone started getting spam calls (from multiple phone numbers) stating they would like to help me finish my online order. I immediately locked my card and exited the website.

This product is a scam. BioNature Chromium Polynicotinate and Berberine. They are here to take you money and sell you sugar pills. I have been taking them for 4 months and my blood sugar went up. They taste like sugar and do actually nothing. Of course when you go to return them they try to give you some of your money back, like 30%. I bought the 6 month supply hoping they would do something but they will increase your blood sugar. For the last two month I starting taking twice the recommended amount. 1 in the morning and 1 at night and nothing. This is why I know this product is a scam and anyone associated should be investigated and sued. I am going to bring one of these pills to a lab for analysis of what is in it. Buy products from only highly recognized manufactures directly not through Amazon or other sites. Go to Dr Mercola, Life Extensions or Swanson for example directly. There are so many morons now making fake bottle labels and selling them on Amazon and ebay and you are buying flour. Just like this product it is crap don't get caught up in their fake video of the Doctor with no integrity with his hand full of your money saying how amazed he was with this break through technology. This whole world is becoming full of scumbags, trust NOTHING on social media.

Fortunately my credit card company flagged my purchase from Bionature as fraudulent and they declined payment. They informed me that you should never use a product that is processed through pandacart. Hope that helps someone.

I ordered a 6 month supply. Didn't get it but usps tracking said I did. Now the emails have disappeared from my computer.

They were chewy tablets instead of the special capsules that allowed the product to not get ruined by stomach acid. When attempting to contact the company I was referred to support via email. The email address given doesn't exist. Other reviews shout SCAM

I ordered the 6 month because of the offer of a lower price and a 180 day 100% refund if it did not work. I received 6 bottles of chewable tablets - 1 per day. After using for 5 months - my A1C is elevated yet again. I called for a refund and was told there was only a 90 day refund time frame. What a crock of shite. Do not waste your money or your time trying to deal with the "foreigner" operator that answers the phone. I called 2 times and got the same guy both times. He tried to tell me that the chewables were better than the individual tablets (as advertised in the heart-felt, believable advertisement). Total BS; And yes, they succeeded with scamming another customer - me.

I only rate this a because I could not figure out how to give it a negative 5. I tried to cancel my order before it shipped. The operator said she could not cancel my order but could refund half of my purchase price. I asked if I would still be able to review the product and return it for a full refund. She said "Yes". I made sure of this before accepting the half refund. They then pulled a bait and switch on the product. They did not send what I ordered. Now, because I received a half refund, they "can not refund again on this order". Snake oil salesmen, con artists. thieves and liars. Stay very far away from this company.

I bought this product on a 90 day money back guarantee. Then another screen popped up and said, if I buy more, I will get a 180 day money back guarantee. After 60 days and realizing the product didn't work for, I started exploring the money back guarantee offer. I tried contacting the support email address given on the website, but I never received a reply. I contacted the BBB, and they said they couldn't get in touch with the merchant either. After 90 days went by, I found my Discover Card statement. There was a number for CartPanda. I figured that was only the place that handled the shipment. A couple of weeks went by and I decided to call the number to see if they could help. Well, it turns out, they are the one to contact about a refund. I asked about the 180 day guarantee, but they said there wasn't one, only a 90 day guarantee. They refused to honor their money back guarantee. Their products don't work, and they don't honor their guarantees. SCAM!!
