Effervescence Unsightly - ruins look of patio

We had used Bella pavers for our inground pool 2017. We just had patio installed to "match". Unsightly bright white blotches on more tiles than not. We were to get replacements installed. Contractor is saying that the new pallet is all the same. If I could attach a picture, I would so you could see for yourself.

🚫 Beware of Belgard Pavers

🚫 Beware of Belgard Pavers! 🚫
In June 2018, we installed Belgard Catalina Gana pavers in our Pacific Northwest home. Just 3 years later, the surface layer has eroded significantly, leaving an unsightly appearance. Pacific Northwest weather shouldn't wreak havoc on pavers in just 3 years. 😡 Our Belgard pavers look like exposed aggregate concrete! Belgard's response? It's 'industry standard.' Does this look standard to you? Share your experiences! #BelgardPavers #BelgardPaverSurfaceErosion

Poor Belgard customer service and nothing from Truscscapes

Customer Service of Belgard and No service of Tru-Scapes.
I like my payers and my local Belgard represenative.
What transpired is that in the catalog is a light company ,Tru-Scapes where most of the problem occured. I purchased lights and a transformer from Shamrock Building Materials and they were excellent. There is a Blu-Tooth App for the Transformer, which apparently doesn't work at this time. The Tru-Scapes rep. told me that once I connect the lights, everything will fall into place, false. So I called Belgard customer service and found out that they were two separate companies, however there is no way to no that. The main customer service representative for Belgard gave me her direct line, which was of no benefit. She never called me back and I even tried the general customer service number. This is in a way guilt by asociation. You put the lighting companies product in Belgard's catalog, but if there is a problem, you left me high and Dry, I could not reach Tru-Scapes after this event, so I will just move on unhappy. A friend of mine chose Belgard, in Denver and spent about $80,000 and no lighting. How many future unfortunate people that select Belgard and Tru-scapes is the question. Had Belgard customer service called me back, you probably wouldn't read this story.

Stay Away From Belgard

Similar to other reviews Belgard doesn't stand by its product. Additionally, do not pick a contractor listed as a "Belgard Authorized Contractor". The label is deceiving and the companies listed on there are not properly vetted. Belgard won't stand by the installation if you pick someone listed as a Belgard Authorized Contractor either. Essentially you'll just pay more for a fake warranty and if there is an issue with the installation you are out of luck.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Pavers are crumbling after a year. I called company headquarters and emailed them. They have totally ignored me. Go elsewhere. You have been warned that the customer service is horrible if you encounter any paver problems.

Horrible company

Horrible company! Issues with products, sales, PR and reps. Company doesn't disclose enough information on their website about closure of accounts which is ridiculous. Reps are able to close accounts without notifying owner which should be illegal! Their employees give out misinformation and place blame on customers. They don't follow up on complaints and if you file a complaint you are tossed around between different employees. No one owns up to their faults. Reps are rude and just like all the other employee's they pass around their problems until they don't want to deal with you anymore which is also ridiculous. I've also noticed they are not BBB accredited because they never filed accreditation which is a red flag. Usually great companies are accredited because they care about their customers wants, needs and complaints. Another thing I noticed is that there are not a lot of reviews on the company because I believe they delete negative reviews so their company looks better which is also a major red flag.

without a doubt

without a doubt, the worst pavers money can buy. irregularities left and right, mismatched colors pallet to pallet, crumbling and pitting. the company is unresponsive to warranty issues, when they did correct it was 9 months later only to have the new product face the same issue. i warned you, that is all i can do.
