I applied for a car loan of ₹10 lakh…

I applied for a car loan of ₹10 lakh from Bajaj Finance, but the way they are treating me is extremely disrespectful and frustrating.

Despite having a strong CIBIL score of 780, good banking transactions, and being a long-time Bajaj customer with a clean repayment history of multiple fully closed loans, they are still harassing me with unnecessary and excessive verification.

They have already visited my home twice, taken photos of my entire house including interior and exterior, and are repeatedly inspecting my business and personal details.

This level of scrutiny makes me feel like I am under investigation for a crime rather than applying for a legitimate loan. It is humiliating, insulting, and completely unacceptable for a loyal customer.

Highly Misleading Experience with Loan Closure

I had a very disappointing experience with Bajaj Finance regarding my loan foreclosure process.

A representative assured me that the foreclosure charges would be waived if I proceeded with closing my loan. Based on this, I made my financial arrangements and followed his instructions.

I was also advised to hold off on making a scheduled payment, which led to bounce charges. The representative acknowledged this and mentioned that those additional charges would be removed since the situation was caused by his guidance.

However, when I followed up, I was informed that the foreclosure charges would not be waived after all. This directly contradicts what was clearly promised earlier.

This entire experience has been misleading and unprofessional. I was given assurances that influenced my financial decisions, only for them to be reversed later, resulting in unnecessary charges and inconvenience.

Such lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable from a financial institution. I strongly advise others to be cautious and not rely solely on verbal commitments.

• Even when there was an active dispute, collections continued without resolution.
• Repeated requests for a callback were ignored — no one took responsibility to address the issue.
• Instead of resolving concerns, the approach felt pressurizing and insensitive.

What is more concerning:
• Additional charges were applied without transparency or clear explanation.
• There was no proper breakdown or communication on how these charges were calculated.
• Policies around repeated debit attempts and penalties were never clearly shared.

I had call him just to get some information about my personal loan and how can i settlement done.
He is abusing me and my sister in law.
Is this relevant to talk with any customer who just want to know about her personal loan details.

Unprofessional, irresponsible and rude staff of Bajaj finance

No proper instructions and information were shared with the customer. Branch office locations and addresses were inaccurate and misleading. Staff personnel are very rude, irresponsible and unprofessional. Instead of listening and providing solutions to customers' issues, the staff (even the managerial level personnel) behaves very unprofessionally and rudely, blaming on customers for their shortcomings.
Bajan finance application is also very misleading and uninformative. It is not at all user friendly.

Very disappointing experience with Bajaj Finserv. I would not recommend their services. When I tried to close my loan early, I was surprised by the additional costs, which were never clearly communicated upfront.

One of Staff from Bajaj finance name irfan from Kolkata division, I have asked him for get approval on personal loan, he said first you make life insurance through me then I will make the approval from loan department after that he applied for life insurance policy for my wife and son, it was successfully done
Right after next day I called him irfan told he set the verification call for loan
The verification call has been done.
After that call again I called him said when my loan get sanction so he said one more final verification call will be done after that you will get disbursement of loan amount.
But unfortunately it was not done
Beside he took my insurance policy amount. Till now his number is switched off.

One very worst experience Bajaj hired such kind of staff I am shocked
