I have used this Company many times and it never fails to deliver. As I was in London I booked an appointment which was a professional experience, a lovely gentleman behind the name and not only extensive knowledge of all products- what a great shop. I decided to have my watch returned by post and it arrived in the North before 1.00pm the following day, beautifully wrapped and protected. I would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Bablas. Thank you so much.

I have bought watches from Bablas and over several years have always used them for items needing repair or battery replacement. Service has always been excellent - knowledgeable and skilled repair and sales staff - with excellent arrangements for postage to and from their premises. Sometimes, by prior arrangement, we have been able to wait while batteries have been replaced. Highly recommended.

I sent my Gucci watch for a new battery & service to Bablas. I highly recommend this watch store for their excellent service. My order was delivered securely and without any problems, making it a hassle-free experience.

Was concerned about sending my watch to Babla's has had never heard of them but they have good reviews so went for it. My Omega seamaster lens was misting up and Babla's suggested a full service which includes replacing all seals which they felt was likely cause of lens misting up. So secure packaging arrived and sent watch off. Babla's had a look at my watch and confirmed a service would solve problem and as part of service watch would be water tested. 10 weeks later and watch has been returned again in secure packaging. Really pleased as my watch has alot of sentimental value to me aswell as being a great watch. I would definitely use Babla's again and would highly recommend. Note a local jewellers (Midlands) was quoting £200 more to send my watch back to Omega for a service with a 45 week lead time. So pleased I went with Babla's. Thank you very much.

I had a rado watch that stopped working and after the friendly staff had reviewed they had fix my problem. Note all even if a battery change don’t use unauthorised shops as they don’t know what delicate peice of watch it is luckily it was a minor fix and babla has resolved the issue

Overall it was a no hassle experience; I game them my watch, they fixed it, I paid them, they returned my watch.

Would I use them again? Yes.
Would I recommend them? Again, yes.

They might well be a miserable bunch of sods (in person) but from the comfort of my own home they were fantastic.

I bought a watch in this store. I reported that the watch was not working properly. I had to return at my own expense. The watch was sent back after 2 weeks with information that it had been repaired. The return shipping costs were refunded to me.

After two days, I reported that the watch was still working incorrectly (time was delayed). Additionally, while repairing the watch, the store scratched the place where the batteries are replaced. This scratched metal scratches my skin. Watch I still do return . I asked the store that this was the second return. The store does not want to comment on the matter. Please give me my money full refund. It is unfair. I had to return it at my own expense and then you are making a problem of returning my money.

you wrote that you did not receive the watch when the tracking number showed that it had been delivered. When I return you didn't send me the print label. I had to wait 2 weeks for a refund cost of postage .

You sent the watch repaired (I received the watch again, broken and damaged by you, with scratched metal that damaged my skin when . I think this conversation makes no sense. If you were honest from the beginning, I think my opinion would be positive.

Recent service of my Rado was handled very professionally and I am pleased with the results. Would not hesitate to recommend.

NB: it can take a few weeks, so make sure you have a spare watch you can use in the meantime!

Amazing Job on my very old Gucci watch which I had put to the back of the drawer never to be worn again as it wasn't working, glass was scratched and the case marked. The work Bablas have done on it has restored it to new - its amazing and looks as good as the day it was given to me. Fantastic work!

Excellent and professional battery change service with honest advice

I have always used Bablas for my watch battery replacement. This time I needed a watch service (I have had the watch over 15 years). I had no idea of the complexity of the job and did not read the advice given to me by Bablas which was for several weeks. Totally my fault - but kept in touch with them nervously especially with my holiday looming. The team pulled out all the stops and I received my fully serviced watch (in fabulous condition) some 5 weeks early. I cannot thank them enough and would never go to anyone else for any jewellery requirements. Well done to all of your team.

I visited Bablas for a 90 minute battery change for my 30 year old basic Longines quartz. I was advised it would cost £50 to test its electronics and splash protection and change the battery. Apparently Longines accredited, I trusted that my £50 would be well spent, if only for the reassurance that all was ok with the watch. Sure enough, 90 minutes later and with £50 less in my bank account, I was told all was well with the electronics and that the battery had been changed. I was also told to avoid anything more than accidental occasional splashes with water.
I'm writing the review to say that Bablas were charming, charged what they said they would and gave me my watch back as promised 90 minutes later.
I did not get any report as such, rather a brief mention that the electronics were ok on my receipt.
Be aware that this is very much a situation in which you, as the customer, must trust what Bablas tells you about your treasured item. I chose to do so. Time will tell if my trust is well judged and well placed. I sincerely hope so - because I could have got a battery change for a fiver in any number of more local retailers. Let's hope they are as expert as they advertise they are.

I had a gold ring which had worn thin over the years and was fractured in two places, leaving it unfit to wear.
I took it to Babla's and they gave me a detailed explanation of what they could do, together with an estimate.
I accepted the estimate and I collected my ring today. I am absolutely delighted with the result!! Not only does the repair look seamless, but they also cleaned/polished it so that it looks like new. (It was a gift in 1975).
I thoroughly recommend Babla's for their professional service and the quality of their workmanship.
