The agent i worked with has been incredibly dedicated to getting me the travel experience I wanted, at the best price possible, with the least trouble on my part possible. I had to cancel my tour last fall and when I was ready to go this year she got right to work rebooking me. There were some glitches in the rebooking and Jill was relentless in fixing the issues. I will use Jill Brilhart and Avoya Travel for all of my travel needs.

I have used Avoya multiple times and they never disappoint. my agent Susan Derrow is one of the best travel agents I have ever used. Experience and professionalism are just a couple of words that come to mind.

Angel is our agent by choice. She answers all our questions and inquiries quickly and precisely. She must keep incredible notes because she knows what and what not we want in our cruises. She is extremely knowledgeable of her job and is a caring person from our experience. We would and have recommended her to others looking for a great travel agent.

Robyn Jacobs has been so helpful in planning our family New Year's cruise. This is a large group of 12 people, 5 cabins and would have been stressful to try to manage by myself. Robyn took care of EVERYTHING for me and even called in my bookings for excursions when the Royal Caribbean website glitched on me. She was responsive, seem to work 24/7 for her clients and is just a joy to work with. Avoya is lucky to be associated with such an exemplary agent. I take at least one cruise a year and I will definitely book thru Robyn in the future.

Holly Moon is a fantastic agent. She has provided numerous quotes since I first started working with her and is quick to let me know when a great offer becomes available. After meeting her and her husband on my last cruise, I now consider her a friend. I've not had any negative experiences as some may report, so I'll continue to use Avoya and work with Holly until I'm too old to travel (may that day never come).

Jeffrey Knowles did a great job explaining all of my options and helped me book a cruise. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very personable. He helped me get the most bang for my buck.

THEY WILL PROMISE AND TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOUR BOOKING CONTFIRMATION NUMBER TO GET THEM TO HANDLE YOUR CRUISE. BEWARE THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOUR NAME AND NUMBER

We were very dissatisfied with the service provided by travel agent Sue Collins at Avoya Travel. She initially offered a $500 onboard credit, which was later denied despite our providing written proof of the offer, which is a clear case of misleading communication.

Email and correspondence before the trip was inconsistent and phone calls were not returned (that is when the phone line actually would accept calls), and other important details, such as the correct spelling of names, were mishandled.

To make matters worse, friends of ours who also booked the same cruise through Sue Collins experienced the exact same issues. We are concerned that this individual continues to represent Avoya Travel, and we will be using a more competent agency and agent for any future travel arrangements.

Sue Scaletta is an absolute joy to work with at Avoya. She is always professional and willing to do what ever it takes to make sure that my wife and I have the best experience possible. I recommend highly

Grace went above and beyond to accommodate our cruise for 10 people. She answered all my questions, got us a good deal compared to us dealing direct with Cruise Company, and she was happy to explain things so we were clear on everything. I would book with Grace again, anytime.

Diane Lobosco was wonderful! We ha e booked through her several times and the trips have been great. She goes above and beyond. Our cruise to Alaska was definitely a bucket list item. We have now booked a river cruise with her help.

Our great experience with Avoya Travel is due to our Travel Agent, Marina Lebedinsky. She goes above and beyond with her knowledge and superior customer service. She exceeds our expectations with the detail and attention she puts into our itinerary. She makes the whole experience seamless and stress free. We appreciate her patience & expertise.

The agent was not pushy. She let us tell her what we wanted and was able to find it much less than what we could find online.

She was polite, prompt, and thorough.

First time using a travel agency and a friend recommended to use Avoya travel agency. So I did. I worked with an agent by the name of Donna. During our first meeting/ pho e convention everything went well, and it looked like we were both on the some page. I was happy she was going to my vacation preparation stress free ( Wrong was I) Long story shirt, the day of my flight,at the airport, was when I found out that there was no vacation booked. It has been 2 weeks to date and the agent Donna has not responded to any of my calls or email. I have reached out to avoya more than 8 times where one can only leave a message and no call back or even an email. My money from my account was taken and there is no one, I mean no not from Avoya that has reached out to me. BE ADVISED, THIS IS A SCAM. Iam still waiting to talk to a real person from Avoya customer service.

your agent dropped the ball, she failed to book our airfare and we almost lost everything. I cannot trust them anymore. I was so stressed it was horriable.

Not happy with Justin Beck. He “upgraded “ me to the worst cabin on atlas cruise. I tried contacting him twice but he never responded. Book your travels elsewhere.

Sylvia went above and beyond helping us book our cruise. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the process. When a booking issue came up, she didn’t just fix it—she generously offered onboard credit from her own pocket to make sure our trip stayed amazing. That kind of dedication is rare.

If you want a travel advisor who truly cares, Sylvia is the one. She turned a stressful situation into a fantastic experience!

This company is using very aggressive and unethical marketing tactics. Once they have your contact information, they will keep calling you and emailing you, including phone calls on weekend at 7-8am. I asked them few times not to contact me, with no success.

I would never do any business with a company that is that aggressive and desperate.
