Avika is an artist, she never gets it wrong 😍

Dr. Avika is amazingly talented, and pays exceptional attention to detail. Always respecting the patient’s wishes, she achieves fantastic results - that are subtle but beautiful! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced professional who has an eye for art!

I do not know how to thank Dr. Avika. I have always wanted bigger lips but I failed miserably in choosing injector. It was the first time in my life that i would go for a treatment a therapist came to my house and made my lips at a cost of £ 300 for 1.5 ml, i asked if it was really that much i needed with a first time treatment and she said yes. She injected without showing me the type of filler she injected then immediately asked about the money. I was inexperienced and thought this is how it should go. 5 days after treatment my lips were very hard, I had difficulty eating and drinking and I could not sleep due to my fear. I contact the therapist without an answer and she blocks me. until a whole night after searching I found dr avika. I can not describe how kind and experienced she was. I had a video call with her and she saw how scared I was and depressed by my treatment and she understood exactly how I felt. She had sympathy with me and she drove two hours just to treat me. She came and met me with a smile and like an angel she promised nothing because she did not know what type of the filler was and I did not know either .. but she felt that my lips were too hard and did not feel like a normal filler that otherwise goes to dissolve but she promised nothing. She explained the process and was very reassuring with her voice and the way she showed empathy. She did a fantastic job with my lips she did dissolve and the lips were just like before the injection just the day after !! I want everyone to try her knowledge, experience and sympathy. I just hope good luck to you doctor you are really knowledgeable and continue with your calming way that makes even your hands not feel during the treatment. The treatment just feels safe and soothing and not something you get scared of. I strongly believe that everyone who did treatment with you and who will do treatment with you feels that they are in safe hands!

Eleven months on from the poor treatment I had from Avika I still have raised lines of filler around the mouth area and this area still looks worse than before I consulted her. Other professional and experienced practitioners cannot believe how poor the outcome is. I have had to spend another two thousand pounds to correct Avika’s work but have not had the courage to have anything done to above the lip area as it would need dissolving again and I am still traumatised by the treatment I received at Avika’s hand. Her attitude and moods also had a lot to be desired. I found I had to manage her moods and had to be very careful what I said to her as she became quite aggressive. I would recommend to stay well clear!

I would recommend Avika for the care and patience she has shown during our meetings.  She actually took the time during the initial consultation to understand what I wanted to achieve from my treatments and related concerns.  Most importantly for me, Avika schedules follow up’s (unlike other clinics I’ve tried) and responded to queries during the first few post treatment days to allay any worries about how I was feeling.  This is not your run of the mill conveyor belt setup; Avika treats you as an individual on a case by case basis.

Avika gives great advice, she will go through all your concerns and gives honest advice. I will never go elsewhere, I only trust her, also she is very professional.
I had a friendly service and amazing result. The final result was what I was expecting.

I am over the moon with my new face. Avika has done a face lift for me with fillers and I love the result! Better than all procedures I've had in the past with other practitioners. My mum was getting extremely painful headaches for 1 whole month and was getting refferred to the dentist by the gp. Both were unable to help her. We came across avika aesthetics and when we got in contact was reassured that the problem will be solved. Avika was welcoming, kind and consulted us in a very proffessional manner. My mums pain was gone within a day as it was a result of clenching teeth. I would definitely reccommend Avika aesthetics as her work cured my mums problem that she had for years, and also made her feel alot more confident with her appearance. She was starting to look like she had put on weight on her face as clenching her teeth was making the muscles in her jaw grow. but after a few Botox injections in her jaw muscle, she regained her slimmer face shape and started to look younger too. She looks like she has lost weight within 2 weeks of having her treatment and she is no longer in pain!

I cannot recommend Avika enough. After dealing with significant pain and swelling from TMJ, I visited Avika. She recommended Botox to help with the swelling. She was transparent in respect of pricing, provided me with a treatment plan and I could not be more satisfied with the end result. Avika is approachable, honest, takes pride in her work and her attention to detail is amazing. I no longer suffer from the horrendous swelling and my face looks natural thanks to the way she makes administers the Botox in stages

I have suffered from sleep deprivation for the last 2 years and I have really bad eye bags - which means i have very bad pigmentation. Majority of the people from work to my social life always ask me if I have slept on time or that I look so tired. And because of this it has made me so self conscious that I avoid looking at myself in the mirror. I always wear makeup whenever I leave the house. Once, after my laser appointment, waiting at the reception room, I came across a 40 year old woman who looked so young. We were talking and she mentioned about tear trough fillers and how that has made her look so young and youthful. The lady mentioned how professional and amazing Dr Avika is. And so, after doing several weeks of research I contacted Dr Avika. Dr Avika conducted a consultation over face time discussing about both pros and cons of the filler. I then booked myself a face to face consultation with her and it was honestly an amazing experience. I spoke about how I avoid looking at myself in the mirror and I want to go ahead with the procedure but I was worried about two things. 1st: I wanted a natural look - meaning I didn't want to look fake. 2nd: blindess (which is the side effect of this filler). Dr Avika discussed about how she gives a natural look and clearly mentioned how any procedures to the face may lead to blindness. She even made reference to several case studies and she mentioned the science behind it. She made me feel so comfortable that I booked my appointment. My brother also had his consultation with her and he was so happy with the level of professionalism and the customer service provided by Dr Avika. My brother could not go ahead with the filler because he gets very bad puffy eyes. However, Dr Avika made him feel so comfortable in his own skin and she boosted his self confidence.. I honestly could not thank her enough.

I had my tear trough filler done. Dr Avika discussed about the procedure and how everything will work. She mentioned again about the pros and cons and then I signed the contract. She took several pictures before and after the treatment. At first I was so tense because of how big the needle was. However, Dr Avika made me feel so comfortable and she did not even rush the treatment. She took her time. I have now recommended Dr Avika to my best friend. The level of professionalism, customer service and respect is above and beyond. Dr Avika is an amazing doctor and I will definitely be going back to her. Dr Avika is amazing at what she does and has a heart of pure gold.

I consulted Avika in June as I was unhappy with old filler around the mouth area. Her clinical and professional opinion was to get the best result all previous filler should be dissolved so she could have a “blank canvas” to work on. I agreed to do this to ensure the best possible result.

Well, I can truly say it has been one of the worst experiences of my life! It cost me four thousand pound (£4000), twice the amount we spoke about during consultation. I had such severe bruising that I looked like I had major surgery or a major accident of some sort. I was unable to go out of the house for several weeks.

Three months on I am very unhappy with the outcome especially around the mouth area. The reason why I consulted Avika in the first place. I also now look gaunt and hollow eyed. Not quite the beauty treatment I was expecting.

Avikas attitude to me also had a lot to be desired. She was patronising and rude on several accounts and did not take any responsibility for her clinical decisions. She often became defensive and rude and I found myself trying to placate her even though I was unhappy with the result she left me with. Having spent four thousand pounds (£4000) with Avika I did not end up with a good result and regret deeply having consulted with her.

I have had my first experience recently. I was worried how it would be, what I would feel. I had volume loss under eyes which made my face looks always tired and that fact made me less confident. Dr Avika was so supportive, attentive and professional and explained me in easy way what to expect from the treatment. The result was visible straight after the procedure ))) She is great specialist and amazing person. Highly recommend her everyone, especially who is planning to do for the first time.
