Pleased with purchase of my vape pen. The only thing I wish is that the mouthpiece was a little smaller, only cause I’m a newbie and I have to be really careful cause of the amount of vape gets in my throat! I never was a smoker. Great price. Would have been nice if the shipping wasn’t so high?

I bought the atmos Ole bundle. When it arrived, there were no instructions on how to use this vape pen, No manual just a tag that said go to the website to get instructions. The website had no obvious link to manuals and a search yielded no results of any kind. I searched the internet and found a general guide a consumer posted. After charging the pen up, it seems not to work. I emailed atmos asking if there was a way to test it or any other helpful information but my only reply was this survey, so here it is. Suggestions are to make the manuals available and respond to the emails in a useful way.

Have not received order after 14 days.

You had the product that was just what I was looking for. I was a bit disappointed in the amount of time it took to receive it. That's why only 4 stars. Dry herb vaping tastes so much different than smoking. A pleasant change.

The prices were great and the site was easy to move through. The free items were also a nice touch.

You created a shipping label right away for my item and now a week later it has still yet to ship out!

I usually don’t post reviews but I need to give this business credit on its amazing customer service. I ordered Shisha online through them and they didn’t have the flavors that I ordered so they threw a few extra Shisha’s in my order. I was extremely satisfied that they went out of their way to compensate for not being able to fullfil my original order. They even left a nice little note on my packaging slip to explain what they did! Amazing! Definitely will be ordering from them in the future.

My purchase was delivered quickly in a discreet package which I asked for. I like that The Boss is slim. There are a few parts to it but I’ll manage. Thank you for the excellent service.

Lots of shipping delays. Finally got it. It works good. I expected better that’s why I bought the device from Atmos not a local store.

Product is serviceable but your website is pretty lame. Also, why do I have to pay an additional $12 in shipping to purchase a seventy-five cent cleaning tool that should have been included with the unit. Also, there is no provision to buy parts (like filters??!) on your website.

My item can quickly and in good shape. I did not receive any kind of manual or instructions with it hence the 4 stars.

I sent email to customer service.
Ordered 6, atmos raw dry ceramic heating chambers. None of the units you shipped fit the atmos raw dry vaporizer which uses a 510 thread.
Your chambers do no screw on battery correctly. The chamber does not make physical contact with battery so it does not work.
Also, the units have some sticky substance all over them.
Would like replacement with atmos raw dry ceramic chambers that are the correct size thread, 510.
Any color chamber is ok.
If you don't have correct unit I want refund. I regret this because I never had issue with your products before.
Send paid shipping form so I can return your product to you.
They are useless to me.

The gifts are awesome. Plus the greedy I ordered was a replacement. Hands down one of the best oil cans I've ever used durable and the upgrades they have done were great improvements. Free shipping would be the only thing I'd recommend personally.

The product is amazing not one thing that I can complain about. Not to mention it came two days earlier than they said it would at the best price I've ever seen if you don't get this you are missing out!
