Cannot manage my websites effectively. If I want to cancel one I have to call them. Awful!

No customer service, having 1 month of cancellation period when you notify people only days before renewal, you know they only want to squeeze people out of their money. Three times more expensive than competitors, no real service when it comes to cancellation, which can be done up to the renewal day with almost anyone else. Best case for yourself? Go elsewhere and be happy that you're not dealing with an UI of the year 2000 while paying top bucks for bad service and horrible customer agreements.

Do not recommend! We needed to transfer rapidly a domain, they state they would handle it in 1 day.

After placing the order the email was received they started with the domain registration and this would take 1 day.

After 2 days they come with an invoice to be paid only by wire transfer. One week later still nothing has been handled.

Stay away from this provider! Others allow to pay online and handle the domain transfer, they after 1 week still nothing.

They changed the DNS record out of the blue that took our server down. Then they blamed on the client saying someone logged in and did the changes. So we freaked out thinking the account was hacked.

Took a while to admin it was their mistake and due to a "bug". This is the full explanation I got. Would not recommend.

I do not recommend this hosting company. Complete lack of development. They use rules that no one else in Europe follows. If you are looking for a hosting company, look in Europe, there are plenty of them, much better.

not even worth 1 star. They keep sending invoices even after cancelations. Called many times about this. I have mail confirmations, but still get invoices.

I've been with Argeweb for 7 years. They have always done an excellent job in providing their service and this have a wonderful Support team, who are easy to reach. In any issue I've had, they have resolved it in a professional manner. Although, I have rarely had any issue. This is a great company to host your website with! In my family we host 3 professional websites with them and we have always been happy with the service.

The good news 1st. Your response time is short. Pity that you give reviews to 3rd parties. Trust Pilot is not Argeweb. Services like this should be in-house to get best detailed results. Sorry Trust pilot. The merge with KPN did not go without confusions. After I cancelled Argeweb service, I ended up paying 4 months to KPN for the same unused service. But I always give a 2nd chance so if I need a hosting service again, I will come to you for an offer. PS: Look in my LinkedIn account for my profile.

Do not understand how they get such a high score! We just rented some VPS's Glad we do not host our websites here!
