Never ever buy their cancellation guarantee. You can't cancel anyways unless you've been severely injured prior to flight.

You can't cancel a flight with them otherwise, really misleading and shady business.

Good support and quick communication via Email and Phone. I got a good response from customer support regarding my Refund as the flight was cancelled due to the covid-19 situation.

Their services, customer service and prices are very good. BUT, there are many hidden fees which are not easy to spot. They charge a handling fee on the airlines refund when the flight is cancelled. This was somewhere in the fine print, so it was my mistake I didn't spot it, but it would be good to let people know before they book. Next time, I'd rather go with another travel agency that I've used before.

Horrible. Bought tickets from Germany to Sweden. The airline cancelled our flights. We cannot ask for a refund at the airline, because they say we have to ask the travel agency. We asked AOB Travel AB for our refund and they take about 25% of the ticket price. Now we do not have flights and still had to pay money. STAY AWAY FROM AOB TRAVEL!!!

Bought a specialized trip to USA for San Fransisco, Las Vegas and Los Angeles for me and my family. AOB Travel did a great job in finding a trip that matched our wishes to 100%. The trip was great and the add on trips that AOB Travel help us with work perfect (pick up at hotel etc). We will definitely choose AOB Travel next time for our travel.

The airline had to change the homebound flight and that did not work for me. I could not get a 100% refund from AOB (as I would if I had booked through the airline). They could also not answer if the baggage would be checked in all the way (transit). Not helpful at all and will never ever book thorugh a travel company again - just directly through the airlines.

Hidden fees! Be careful!
There is a hidden rule for refunding your canceled fee!
I paid 800 SEK for the cancellation guaranty of two people but when I asked them to cancel it they deduct 1600 SEK from the money based on the hidden rules which do not appear in the booking and it is in the term and condition!
Be careful dealing with AOB Travel !!!!

I bookeed a fligt to Warszwa with AOB Travel, got a really good price for my flight with Lot Polish airlines. But i needed to bring cats with me on the airplane and i needed to contact AOB to organize this with the airline, it was a bit complicated matter but AOB pulled through the task with a helpfull and serviceminded attitude. My contact Linda did a great job and was helpfull and sorted the matter out really quick and was fast on briefing me on details. I can recomend AOB based on reablity and level of service.
