Amazinglycat is a Disappearingcat!

Amazinglycat is a Disappearingcat!! I was very excited to order cat bowls and a bed for my Grand Cat on April 12 and although a DHL ticket for transportation popped up, it halted and with that, Amazinglycat ran off with $62.00! No responses to emails to their customer support however, I do continue to receive their marketing ads. HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. The people behind this sham should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible experience....Ordered a cat…

Terrible experience....Ordered a cat bed, paid for it on my credit card and still haven't received it. Probably never will. 😠😠😠😠 Company will not answer my emails or posts. So sorry I ordered it and I was completely robbed. Facebook needs to block this dishonest company that just steals money from their potential customers. Do not trust them or if you have money you want taken from you , order from them. Completely Disgraceful. Oh and the tracking number shows it started and ended in China. BEWARE....TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

HOW DO YOU SPELL 'RIP OFF' !!!

I ordered the cat bowls on 3/30/20 and still have received nothing, and it's May 1st...I paid almost $100 for 3 plastic bowls. I am putting this in dispute with my credit card company and if they do ever show up, I am not opening them and will take them to the post office and write in big black marker on the package, 'REFUSED'....I'm sorry, but during the time of Covid-19, it seems that there are more scams going on out there than ever. I don't care if this came from China. I have purchased lots of items from China, but they never took this long to receive, or cost this much money before..RIP OFF!!!

FRAUD!

FRAUD!! Fraudulent company! It has now been TWO MONTHS since my order and after finally getting a hold of someone for a refund after back and forth for months for product that NEVER ARRIVED they are “unable to process a refund” and are telling me to “lift restrictions” on my card. There are no restrictions on my card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS site! You will never get the product and you will not get a refund!!!! The (very few) positive reviews I’m assuming are fake!!

Beware Scam!

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. It looked legit but I still haven't received my order. Every time I contact Amazinglycat they send an email showing me it's in the mail. This isn't about the corona virus, this is just plain theft. Made a complaint with the BBB, but to no avail; they replied saying that the business was closed. However, they're still taking money!

AmazinglyCat.com--STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY FROM THEM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a cat toy from AmazinglyCat.com . The order was placed on March 18, 2020. I paid extra for expedited processing of my order. Amazinglycat.com, despite not shipping the order, charged my credit card. On March 20th, AmazinglyCat.com emailed me that my order, A414285, had shipped. I was given tracking information, however, it turned out that AmazinglyCat.com actually never shipped my order. On March 26th, there was still no updated tracking information for my order, so I emailed support for AmazinglyCat.com to find out what was going on with my order. Kevin S. from AmazinglyCat.com customer support responded stating that my order had been "processed and shipped out" and that it would take 8-12 business days to receive. He sent me a tracking link, which showed that the package had still not been received by USPS. I responded to the email from AmazinglyCat.com customer support and told them that was not true and asked for a refund of the extra money I had paid for expedited processing. Kevin S. from AmazinglyCat.com responded that if the tracking information did not show an update within 45 days to email him on May 6th and they would refund my purchase. This is unacceptable. AmazinglyCat.com lied about shipping my order on March 20th. Tracking with USPS shows as of today, March 29th, that "USPS Currently Awaiting Package". This means that the order was never shipped despite AmazinglyCat.com's repeated representations that it was. I have asked to cancel my order and even though it has not shipped, like they say it has, they refuse to refund the order. Based upon my experience, it is clear to me that AmazinglyCat.com is a dishonest and disreputable company.

I ordered the "Fun Toy," from…

I ordered the "Fun Toy," from Amazinglycat, & then had to contact them because it was taking longer than expected. I finally got it, & was shocked at the cheap "Dollar Store item." I had paid $21.00 US on sale (reg price was $34.00) I posted a review on their site about it, & when I checked back my review wasn't there. I tried one more time to make sure it wasn't my error. No review. Looking at their site, all products have 5 or 4 star reviews, there are no negative reviews, to me that is false advertising. The product I bought was also shown in completely different packaging. I decided to try the toy, & the cats did love it, however, because it was so cheaply made it broke after a dozen uses. When I contacted the company about it, Sheena Q was quick to advise me that the 30 day return/refund period was up. She offered me 20% on my next purchase, to make "the situation better." I found this laughable, as I had received several general emails offering 20% off. The next email I sent her was much more forceful, I didn't receive a reply. I sent another, & said if she couldn't help me, to pass it along to a supervisor. I now mentioned the 100% satisfaction guarantee, & said I wasn't at all satisfied. I listed the reasons; received it 20 days instead of their "high demand delivery time," of 6-12 days. It came in different packaging then advertised. It was a cheap toy that looked like it came from the Dollar store. All the reviews for it were 5 or 4 stars, I posted my review which I mentioned before didn't show up on their website. The toy broke after being used a dozen times. I said you can even send me another "Fun Toy." as my cats did like it, & fingers crossed it wouldn't break. A couple of days later I received an email from Cindy, she said due to my dissatisfaction I would be receiving a full refund. She said that I didn't need to return the toy, & I was offered the 20% off again "to make the situation better." (Is there a script or something) I received my refund & couldn't be happier. I know many of the items this company sells you can buy elsewhere. (Better quality ones) Please if you hear only this; Do not buy from this company, they overcharge for inferior products, advertise a product in different packaging (no one would buy it if they saw the true item) & make customer disputes difficult to get resolved. I hope I have stopped someone from making the mistake of buying from "Amazinglycat."

Disgraceful

Like many, if I could rate into the negatives I would. Ordered a couple of products on 19 Jan. Made first contact chasing up on 14 Feb. payment was taken upon order. Received generic responses to my next 10 follow ups from “Kevin” & “Sheena” until the 6 March, the date when I was told to recontact to receive refund should shipping status not move (Link given didn’t work, but tracked through Arrive app.) Funnily enough, product had been returned to them and then reshipped (so they said). It’s now 10 days later and I’m still waiting. It does not take 10 days for an air shipped parcel to reach Australia and should have been scanned if it was sitting in customs. Have escalated to PayPal, as this is clearly these people are liars and thieves. Disgraceful, don’t do it! Notice they are trying to remove negative posts here. Good luck justifying your theft with PayPal Amazingly Cat! 🤣

Does take time but worth the wait

A lot of the reviews on here say it take forever to get your order and I will agree it does, way longer than Amazinglycat claims it will. But I have to be honest my cats loves the marshmellow bed. I also order 2 of the moving fish, but I ordered wrong and only got the fish with the catnip (they don't move). Since their products do seem to be coming from China, I threw away the catnip that came with the fish and bought some local catnip. Once I put the catnip in the fish and threw it around the room for my cats to entice them, they love it and wrestle with the fish all the time. Lastly I bought the Flying Copter toy and again it took forever to arrive but this toy is GREAT! I have a very active cat and this is the only toy that can actually wear her out. I shoot it across the room and she goes flying after it (she is finally starting to bring the flying saucer part back to me). So if you can handle the wait, the bed/fish/flying copter toy were well worth it. I am guessing to keep the price lower, they are using freight shipping (slow tanker ship from China) versus air shipping, hence the long wait times (you've got to fill that tanker ship before it leaves the port).

Dishonest company

Dishonest company. 1st, they do not stand behind their return policy. Second, if they tell you the item is backordered it's so that you receive it after the return window has closed. Then they will not let you return because it is from date of purchase, not from date of receipt. The item is always backordered and it ships from China so you will not get it in time to do a return. Shady business. They also promised a free toy for the inconvenience of the backorder but didnt even send one, not that it matters.

Don't bother

Don't bother! What a joke! They are so bad, they are not worth my time to write a detailed review. Save your money, your time and your sanity and go somewhere else for your cat toys

When our marshmallow bed first arrived

When our marshmallow bed first arrived, our cat would have nothing to do with it! We just left it on the floor in the middle of the room and within two days, he was snuggled into it. Right now he is sound asleep in it, snoring! He is one happy cat and we are delighted.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. Buyer beware - this is NOT a trusted company. I purchased the marshmallow bed on their site and it is NOT what they advertised. First, their site shows the large bed will accommodate a cat up to 14 lbs. That is not the case. My cat is only 11 lbs. and the bed is too small for him. Next, the statements they make on their site about when you will receive the order is not accurate. My cat had surgery and I was hoping this bed would help him recuperate so I paid the extra $2.00 for priority processing of my order and all that did was pay for the company to create a FedEx label....there was NO prioritizing of my order at all. I placed my order on 12/15. I received an email on 12/17 stating my order had shipped when in fact a label had been created ONLY. After about 4 days I sent emails to the company asking why the order had not shipped as there was no tracking and the replies I received were just a copy of the email showing a label had been created. Nobody ever answered my emails. On 12/23 I received an email stating I should have received my order by now and reminding me I only had 2 DAYS to return the item (NOT 30 DAYS AS THEIR WEBSITE STATES!). Since the tracking number showed that the order STILL HAD NOT SHIPPED (label created only), I tried calling the number on their website and it is not a good number. Since the phone number is no good, I sent an email asking someone at the company to call me. Nobody ever called me. There is NO WAY OF CONTACTING THIS COMPANY OR TALKING TO ANYONE! I finally decided to cancel my order since it had not shipped yet so I sent them an email on 12/27 asking them to cancel my order since it still had not shipped. Later on that same day (12/27) I received an email from FedEx stating the package was delivered to FedEx on that day and my order shipped. I finally received my order on January 3rd......19 days after I placed the order. I believe the only reason this company shipped my order on 12/27 is due to my email asking them to cancel my order. So, not only was I not able to communicate with anybody at this company but I paid the extra $2.00 for priority processing of which did NOT happen. To this day my cat still will not get in the bed and I believe it is because the bed is too small for him even though I followed the measurements posted on their site. I have 4 cats and was really hoping this company would be a great avenue for cat items but I will NEVER order from this company again! I would return this cat bed but as I stated before, there really is no way to contact this company and emails don't solve anything. I doubt they ever let anyone return anything!! I am very disappointed in this purchase!!

After posting my review above, I received an email stating AmazinglyCat replied to my above post on 1/14/20 stating they are sorry for the horrible service and someone would be contacting me to resolve my issues.....that was 4 days ago and to date nobody has contacted me. I'm sure nobody will contact me. Don't be fooled by anything this company posts!!!!

Total rip-off

Total rip-off! Those fish seen on tv-the ones flopping around are just stuffed cloth. They have no batteries or catnip and all they do is lie there! Waste of money!

Sure wish I had read these reviews before I purchased the cat bed that has never arrived! They took my money but evidently never sent the bed I ordered on Dec 3rd. I have contacted them and they keep saying it's on the way but it's Jan 1st and still no bed and according to the tracking # has never left China. Sure glad I didn't order some of the other things I was planning to. Lesson Learned!
Good News! Bed finally left China and is on it's way. Better late than never! I will let you know how it is and rate it again.
Bed finally arrived on Jan 17th. My cat, Sammy seems to like it. I will give them a few more stars!

Worst customer service ever!!

Worst customer service ever!!

I paid to have my order expedited. 11 days in and it still has not shipped!!!

Kevin from customer service said it usually takes 8 to 12 business days normally.

So glad I paid an additional $7 for faster service!!

Wish I would have known before I ordered

It took over 20 days to get this order and it missed Christmas!
I emailed customer several times and they had nothing but one sentence responses.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Cheap junk from China. Don’t believe them on “satisfaction guaranteed”. Quick response to emails, but when I wanted to return the kicker fish, they said I can’t and wanted to refund me half my money, replace the item that didn’t come as stated or give me a 50% gift certificate plus $5. Avoid this company completely! Oh they also won’t let me post negative review on their website! Their website shows 5 star rating. Amazing scam company.

UPDATE Company says to call and they have a 30 day guarantee.... I asked in less than a week for my money back and they would only give me 50% gift certificate plus $5 or a replacement. I don't want any of these. I asked for my money back like they advertised. 0 STARS

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY"! Unfortunately I jion the others who order cat toys seen on facebook or instagram early November and still have zero product. When you email you will hear from "Sheena" who sounds sincere and blames late delivery times but one of my orders doesn't even say it's been shipped yet. How do we get scam artist off these sites is what I want to know. Can't facebook revoke their privileges?

Not worth the effort.

Update: The company initially offered 50% refund, which isn't what's stated on their website. Then it was crickets until I posted on Facebook. Then I was given a full refund. The response to my review was a full month after the refund, and apparently that person was unaware that the situation had been resolved.
