Great service . Katherine from the Hervey Bay was excellent

Sales lady who knew the store products and shared her knowledge freely.

The staff was just fantastic will return.
Kathrine new about the products and steered us to a much better product that more suited our needs.

The sales staff were friendly and knew their products well. I have a medical condition which limits me to only soft comfortable furniture or I end up in a lot of pain. The service staff was informed of this and was able to point out the lounge suite that was soft, comfortable and with electric recliners, that ended up in a happy purchase.

The range of furniture, quality and warranties was impressive. The staff were friendly knowledgeable and not “pushy”. Each time I have shopped here I have had a great experience and the pricing was terrific.
Highly recommend and will definitely be shopping here for future purchases.

Made my decision easy

ORTHOKINETIC SIGNATURE Pillow - For me, It is an extremely hard pillow, and it does not align my neck when sleeping on my back.
My head is raised.
Maybe suited to a larger person. When I first lay on it, it feels a little comfy but then after an hour the back of my head starts to hurt from the pillow being so firm. I saw similar pillows on line but wanted to buy locally. Now I think, on line, may have been a better choice & more comfy.

Staff were nice. I asked how long the Pillow was on Sale for, and was advised that within the Sales Period, Items on Sale can change from one day to the next. As the pillow was on Sale $129, I kind of felt like i was put on the spot to buy today, as tomorrow it may not be on Sale and back to full price $249. Now, 5 days later it is cheaper than what I paid for it $116.10.
I also was not aware I could return within 48 hours until i went to write this review.

Staff knowledge of products was great. Ease of purchasing. Kept us informed of product arrival. Ease of collection of product. Caroline was most helpful.

The manager doing his job was the best experience contacting me after having failed attempts of an ETA on a lounge. The lounge came in immaculate condition, Colour was the same as ordered, no damage, delivery guys built it and put it in place as needed.

Fast, friendly, efficent service.
