Honestly I’m not happy and I haven’t really started my service yet. I was told once I pay my $25 fee someone would contact me to get my service set up. I haven’t gotten a call from any one and I work from home so I can’t work. Yes, it’s just $25 but I should be able to schedule someone to come out asap. When you call back as an existing customer no one answers or the line is busy. But when you call as new, someone picks up immediately.

I was lied to about the price and the automatic payment was not disclosed I continued to ask the representative several times about the price and he continues to say it was $60 as the call continued the Representative sent me to the Ibot for confirmation and the Ibot said $70 I interrupted the Ibot and asked again why is the ibot saying $70 dollars? the representative said it will be discounted once I set up. I called back the next day because I just did not trust the representative and had a worst experience I explained my situation and the representative transferred me to a sales rep I called back again and asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on and called again a third time to finally get someone to transfer me to a manager but she was not able to get one on the line after being on the line 45min she was told by I'm guessing by the manager to help me with with the credit. I think the experience was horrible and what's worse is I was told by my family member not to trust Xfinity but I gave it a try anyways just to experience the same bad service. the customer service representative is not suppose to lie to customers he was suppose to disclose the reason for the $10 decrease in the price immediately and give me a choice. I don't prefer automatic withdrawals. and if the call is listened to you will hear me say several times why are you saying $70 and why did the ibot say $70 when in the beginning of the call you said $60 he never once said it was from automatic withdrawal. Today I have just gotten information that I need to pay $100 for a technician to come out to have an outlet installed in my house this is absolutely crazy that this too was not disclosed to me I should be asked this in the conversation to sign up for service such as "Ma'am do you have a coaxial outlet in your home that would have eliminated the 45min of the conversation" to now find out when I get the package that they need to come to my house to have this installed.
