A dishonest company

We were to stay at an apartment in Puebla, Mexico and upon arrival, we noticed that there was a lot of black mold on the curtains and the place was very dusty. Even when we were willing to overlook the lack of cleanliness of the place, we couldn't stay there because of the health risks mold presents.
Upon leaving a review, both the host and Airbnb removed it to not affect the host's listings. I tried to appeal their decision but they refused.
I don't think this is a serious company anymore. They only care about selling with a complete disregard for guests' wellbeing.

Artificial Insanity

I am a host. It's over 2 months that they hold the payments of 3 bookings. The assistance is inefficient, inadequate, frustrating: they ask for a document that I sent them several times, and every time they ask for the same thing as if I didn't send it. I think this service is managed by A.I. But beyond them there is an Artificial Insanity. I say this because don't want to think to a worse reason: holding the money you manage on behalf of someone else in my country is a crime

ACHTUNG BETRUG!! Habe ein Appartment gebucht, "Apartman Nicolo" und bezahlt, dann schreibt die Vermieterin, es tut ihr leid, aber die Wohnung ist nicht frei!! Ich möge es bei Airbnb stornieren. Ich habe Airbnb die Sachlage geschildert und habe nur ein Teil meines Geldes erstattet bekommen!! Schöner Abzockverein!!

BEWARE FRAUD!! I booked an apartment, "Apartman Nicolo" and paid, then the landlady wrote saying she was sorry, but the apartment wasn't available!! I would like to cancel it on Airbnb. I reported the situation to Airbnb and only received a portion of my money back!! Nice rip-off club!!

My last experience with airbnb Sweden…

My last experience with airbnb Sweden was disastrous. We couldn't make the trip and we were ripped off. I made the complaint but the Airbnb Sweden couldn't care less. Very unprofessional, careless and discriminative.
