Shame on you Adidas

I had place the order at 4 January and the shoes arrived 20 January, the package was wet and the box was broken and wet also the shoes was wet, i am very disappointed from such a big company, they don't respect the costumers and the money the spend to the company's products, at the same time i had place orders from Nike, Under Armour and New Balance and those orders came in 7 days and in perfect condition.

Overall; A very good e-store

My experience with European ADIDAS is excellent. The packages arrive on time. The customer service is really helpful. I have made over 10 orders and I'm satisfied. The only thing that I dislike is about some sizes that are too large or too small.

Not a good first experience

Not a good first experience. Their courier said they couldn't find my address and no one bothered to contact me in any manner. They're good to take your order but not to fulfil it.

End result is after 1.5months the order is going back to their warehouse and I'm left without my product. Now I have to wait until they receive it to receive a refund....!!!!!!

I do not appreciate bad customer support. I can understand delays, I have waited for so long but I cannot accept that they didn't contact me at least via email.
