I couldn't ask for a better product and service. Excellent. Package was wrapped properly, the drop over mobility scooter bag is of excellent quality, I received a service that's absolutely A1. And all at a fantastic price. What's not to like ? . I will definitely be back for all my disability needs. Happy customer.

I placed an order online on a Saturday evening, the goods arrived on the Tuesday morning.
The items were well packaged, good value for money and the communication from the business with shipping info etc was excellent.
I would recommend and use again in the future.

The Toilet seat riser has arrived with yellow stains on.
It also took over a week to get here from the dispatch date. They don’t accept returns either so I have wasted money.

I needed a step so my husband can get in and out of the house safely. Having searched the Internet I found the big step at Ability Superstore at a great price. It was easy to order and even arrived the next day. Good quality and simple to put together it is perfect and hubby feels much safer which makes me feel easier too. The customer service was brilliant and I really couldn't have asked for more. Will buy from them again and happily recommend them. Many thanks again.

I ordered a walking stick that needed for my holiday.
With not many days left till I go. Emailed the company had a very quick response from Jane who In turn arrange my walking stick to be sent in a timely manner and it certainly did well happy. 😃

Fantastic service from start to finish. I wanted to order a Let's Fly rollator but wasn't sure if the item was available. Rang and spoke to a lady called Liz who confirmed it was in stock and could be despatched the same day. Not only was it despatched the same day it arrived the morning after!! Speedy, helpful service, thank you!!
