Great experience with 77Diamonds for my engagement ring. I was able to choose the ring I wanted at the Paris showroom and asked for a deliver at home. I had my ring about 5 weeks later and it is wonderful. A special thanks to Tarek Alawiye from the customer service who helped us through payement process and followed our delivery with us with responsiveness, patience and kindness.
I had a great experience buying my ring from 77diamonds thanks to Diego at the Paris showroom. He was friendly, helpful and ensured I got the ring I wanted. I received my ring after only 3 weeks (~3.5 weeks earlier than communicated) despite making a custom design which was a pleasant surprise. The ring is wonderful and I could not be happier!
