The strap tore while being put on under normal use, which is unacceptable after 6months . Customer service offered a 10% discount on a replacement, which does not adequately resolve the issue. I have purchased a better-quality straps for less money from a major online retailer. Overall, disappointing product quality and poor resolution.

I was wrong!!!
So I bought the 3 bands and at first look they felt cheap and I got mad I thought I could have bought them for $5 each not the priced I payed. Didn’t like the return policy and even gave them a bad review. A couple weeks later I was wrapping gifts and thought I would give them away as stocking stuffers . I took one out of the package and it felt Great. Hooked up my watch and realized I was dead wrong about this company. And will be buying some more. Thank you and sorry for my bad tempered review.

The strap is too short
The strap is too short for all but the skinniest wrists. There is no option to select wrist size when ordering. I won't be buying another one.
