I have purchased many times from The World of Tack and I love the expert help I received and the excellent service. I have purchased two times when I had made a mistake and they have sorted out my mistake quickly and with no fuss. As a customer I was made to feel like I was their priority.

I purchased a John Whitaker Professional Saddle for £2,000.00 and the website stated that there was an 8 week wait because the saddles are made to order. I was VERY nervous about buying such things online but my local saddler was over £400 more and I felt reassured because a friend had recommended the world of tack to me because she had bought gifts for her family and rugs for her children's ponies and her own horses.
I was kept upto date with the progress and given an order number so I could use this if needed to ask anything. This all said I must admit I was still very nervous.
My worry was eased when the saddle arrived in beautiful condition and it arrived very well packaged and with cleaning products.
It arrived slightly earlier than I had thought and the world of tack kept me informed when it was dispatched.
I could not fault the service I received.
