As a freelancer working for a client paying through the platform, it's a mixed bag. The system of submitting invoices, being able to view upcoming payments etc is fine.

Problem is, they promise payment within 28 days of client approval and it's never happened once. Payments always at least a few days late, sometimes one or two weeks late.

Support is unresponsive, so you end up praying payments turn up before your bills are due.

Their advertised 28day payment has been violated by them on every project I have had. Eventually after endless emails pressuring them to make the payment, they do come through, but it is not a serious company.

CAREFUL! Payments will arrive MASSIVELY late or won't arrive at all.

I was reluctant to outsource tasks to Work Genius at first, but am so pleased that I signed up. It was great to have a team of resources available at my beck and call. If I need a business card designed, they can help, a flyer update, they do that as well. SEO work - done!
