Rip-off
Credit memo was stated on 23.01.26 but no final return of my money (226,20 EUR). I have followed up (reminder) on 02.03. and 17.03.26.

Second time I order from this company, first time (17/2-2025 see different review). That time it was great quality work and speedy delivery, hence I had no second thoughts about ordering again.
The order? Exact copies of the order from first time (print on clothing), with exact same picture upload.

Again speedy delivery, but this time the quality of the print was horrible. E-mailed the company for a new shipment / print or refund... No reply, I am simply being ignored... Much the same experience others have posted here...
Only reason I didn't rate ONE star only is because of the fast delivery

USE A DIFFERENT ON LINE STORE

Do not rely on this vendor to ship goods quickly or deliver an order in the delivery times stated on their website.

Order placed on the 22nd January 2026

4th of February and nothing received.

Really poor service.

Also vendor only shipping option is Post NL, they offer no tracked international delivery options.

I have made a purchase in August 2025. The purchase was never sent out and after weeks and weeks and weeks of trying to contact the store I received finally a very short message stating that they didn’t know what happened to my order and they will refund the money that was beginning of December, and now nearly 3 months later the money has not arrived and I can receive no answer .
Stay away as not only it is kind of impossible to talk to somebody but also they don’t fly away from simply stealing your money without ever delivering what you have paid for

This is our second time ordering the ski helmet covers, and we love it! :)

I ordered a ski helmet which was showing as "in stock" on the website. After I placed the order it became "out of stock" and after three weeks the order is still " awaiting shipment". I opened a ticket to ask what's happening and in case cancel the order and after 3 days, no answer. Horrible experience.

I have ordered and paid for items worth over EUR 200. The items have never been sent, 3 months have passed and all mails and WhatsApp messages (the company has a WhatsApp app chat!!) go unanswered.
Absolute scam! So stay away

Ordered a ski jacket that after 2 and a half months has yet to arrive. Tried contacting the business two and a half weeks after the order was placed, and was told that the jacket would be shipped in two weeks when thy would be back from summer vacation!!! Have callled and texted multiple times to their WhatsApp account to no avail. Stay away from this business unless you like to be screwed!!!

I paid 182 euros for an order 1 month ago and I have still no news, the customer service does not answer, can you give me a way to contact you? Can you answer E mail or phone calls?

No response from customer service ! They claim they answer in 24-48h : it has been a week ! I tried emails, contact form on their website, whatsapp, calls : they are unreachable ... I still don't know if my order is being dealt with or if I need to find another shop to be delivered on time !

I odered ski equipment on 10.03.2025.
I have not recived the order item to date. When I send emails or want to contacts the call center, it is impossibile. And they don't even want to refund my money!!

I don't want to leave a negative review but this is an act of desperation. I've been trying to contact the store since February 7th but they haven't responded to any messages. I placed an order on February 2nd, I didn't receive it but I want to clarify the matter. Please contact me, Order #ORD23598. I will delete this comment when we solve the problem, I've sent many messages, I've even written on Instagram but there's no answer anywhere.

Edit 02/04/25: Store contacted but did not return the money all the time. 2 months without goods and without money. I have to report fraud to the police.

Ordered a Ski Jacket and Pants DESCENTE for my wife.
Perfect Packing.
Right Measures (the ones ordered from the site).
Next day from the order sended with GLS Courier.
Arrived in Romania 7 days later - average time (maybe DHL are faster with 1-2 days)
Overall : perfect service, well done from Wintersport-Store, excellent quality of products.
For sure I will order again. I recomend !

It is ridiculous how ignorant is their customer service! I am waiting 2 months + for a refund and get nothing but ignored on all the messages I send!
They just ghost me!

Fantastic experience! Good description, useful instructions (helmet size), ABSOLUTE great prices. Delivered as promised "worlwide" (Polan to Canada). I will certainly recommend Wintersport.

I strongly advise against placing an order with this company. The customer service provided by Gr Dion has been absolutely appalling. The item I ordered has been held up at customs and is now three days past the latest delivery date that was confirmed to me. I placed my order with complete trust expecting the item to arrive by the latest date provided by winter sport. Unfortunately the item has not arrived and despite my request for a refund which would enable me to purchase a ski jacket this afternoon before I fly tomorrow - he is refusing to provide one ! As a result I am now left without a ski jacket and out of pocket courtesy of Gr Dion. Running a business myself I totally understand that issues arise but it’s how they are dealt with that matter and also thinking of my customer first. Instead I receive bad attitude and refusal to respond to my email ! This is the first time I have ever had to leave a negative review about a business - but this one is thoroughly deserved through just sheer bad attitude ! Disappointing !
FYI - I’ve just read their response to my review and they state that I think we shouldn’t pay import tax ??? The import charges did surprise me as I didn’t realise it was being imported but that wasn’t my issue …. My issue was the delivery (or non delivery ) of my jacket in time for my ski holiday ! I have the emails that I will happily share ! Once again - his customer service needs polishing ! He said he has never had complaints before -since looking at their reviews on the internet the bad reviews are all down to the customer service experience which is my issue (not import tax ) and the reason I have written a negative review !

Really quick service and item on perfect condition when it arrived

Serious website : I was very close to leaving a terrible review about this shop because I had ordered a ski suit, they had apparently informed me it was no longer available but available in another size, but I had not received such email. Then after 5-6 emails and tickets on the site left unanswered, I decided to call the number on the website: a gentleman understood right away my issue and offered to ship me for the same price a different ski suit, even though it was more expensive, to make amends for the slow miscommunication on the previous order. So in the end I am satisfied with this service, even though I would have appreciated more reactivity to answer my tickets / emails. Thank you
