I unfortunately purchased flowers

I unfortunately purchased flowers, which wasn't what I intended. After doing some research I bought the flowers at a competitor and when in the next morning I received a reminder mail that the purchase didn't go through, I thought it was the purchase I made. I was wrong and instantly messaged the company who luckily replied super quick!
I am so grateful for the quick service! Would'Ve been so weird if my recipient would've received two flower bouquets tomorrow :D

Incredible service and customer…

Incredible service and customer support! They are super efficient at last minute deliveries if needed. The quality of plants/flowers delivered is exceptional (roses the size of my hand when closed). If on the odd occasion something does go wrong, they are proactive in finding a solution so that the recipient will always feel special on their occasion. Highly recommend!

Stunning bouquet

I live in the UK and ordered some flowers and wine for a dear friend in Italy. There were delivered within hours and were much better than the image online. Great service and a beautiful bunch of flowers. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Poor flowers DONT PAY DELUXE

I use this page as they promise to deliver same day, they did BUT took advantage to send their worst flowers and the smallest size when I paid the deluxe 90€ and I got all flowers closed and 1 blue when the photo was supposed to be a lot more blue. Use interfiore page better .

They contacted me after this post, I appreciate they care about the customer as they contact local flower places for deliveries. I added two more stars for the service after.

Received a simple bouquet of 10 roses

Received a simple bouquet of roses. Paid 20 Euros more to get a beautiful bouquet.
Roses were delivered without a basket.
That's exactly why I ordered the roses to be delivered with a basket.
Payment: 100 Euros!
Plus 5 euros for the person who delivered it.

Dear Ernest, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Well, based on paid amount the item should have included an arrangement in basket with approx 17/19 red roses for the delivery to Italy. Our local affiliated shop has informed us that has delivered a bouquet of 19 red roses (not 10 as indicated) because the basket was not available. The florist should have informed us about this issue, to allow us to discuss it with you and agree on the replacement. We are deeply sorry for the trouble occurred with it, our customer service will contact you to find a way to fix it. However, we will take your feedback into account to improve our service.

Perfect

I ordered flowers to ship to Italy, the service was excellent, they solved some problems for me with the delivery address, the flowers that arrived were beautiful and above expectations. I definitely recommend it

Had an outstanding flower delivery…

Had an outstanding flower delivery experience with this company in Italy, Florence. They even went a little extra and added extra on top of my order to make it look perfect and made sure the order arrived on time as per request!! Thanks and would definitely recommend to anyone

GREAT SOURCE FOR GIFT DELIVERY SERVICES IN SPAIN

Delivery: Very efficient and fast. Instructions were followed except the time but I have already foreseen this since it is a next day delivery.

Items: The recipient was surprised with the flower and fruit basket she received. Quality is great!

Customer Service: Can be improved. I wished they responded quickly only to realize their customer service is not 24/7. I think it would be great if they have a way of communicating thru phone - it's more direct and gives the customers much assurance. Overall, Sophie was able to respond in a timely manner when the work hours started.

Website: Tracking feature did not work for me. Hopefully they improve on that part.

Excellent service and beautiful flowers

I used this company to send flowers for a birthday of a friend of mine who lives far away. The delivery was made on time and my friend was super happy.
The bouquet of flowers are truly beautiful and very fresh.
I will definitely use this service again to send gifts, highly recommended.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever, do nor order from this website. I ordered a cake to be delivered on my boyfriend’s birthday and he never received it. They also take ages to reply to the emails

Delivery of flowers in Spain

We ordered delivery of flowers in Spain and were not satisfied with the company's service.

The company's consultant confirmed the delivery for the morning, but the delivery was made only after lunch (13:00-14:00).
During the communication with the company, the consultant said that the delivery of the bouquet will be made within 30 minutes, but the flowers were delivered only after 2 hours. The company employee also confirmed to us that they contacted the recipient and confirmed all the details, but the recipient did not receive any information regarding the delivery of the flowers.
Also, there are difficulties in communication with the company. Correspondence can only be done by mail, which takes a lot of time. The company does not answer phone calls.

We will not consider the company for cooperation in the future and cannot recommend it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Well, the florist informed us that the delivery was been agreed with the receiver at 1pm local time. About the communications: we have constantly replied to over 15 emails received in 4 hours to find out the status of the delivery, although we had warned that the system would have sent a communication to confirm the delivery. We are very surprised to receive this kind of feedback, however we will treasure it in order to improve our service.
