Crummy misleading sales person
The salesman was not very honest. He said things that were misleading and at other times just did not answer my qustions. He got me financing through i dont know who. I dont know when my payments start and I dont know where to send them No.one has contacted me.

You suck everything you promised didn't happen. They had to beat windows in because they were measured wrong. L
Like I told them when they first bought them. With no materials like i was promised
Then bullshits me comes back with people that don't know there ass from a hole in the ground . Didn't do the flashing like i wanted . Still had plastics on windows. Trim was horrible. And when they left got stuck in driveway, tore it up and left. I am not paying for such Incompetence. And didn't clean windows and while they were beating windows in they broke one. So as far as I am concerned, I am turning them into the BBC. YOU CAN COME TAKE THEM BACK OUT
and when I talked to a boss about it, he told me warranty . That's not what I paid for. And I am not paying come get them
I will build my own. I have never in my life sued someone but you will be the first.

The windows are all drafty
The windows are all drafty, letting in a lot of cold air, especially at night. I have called several times to have someone check it out, but to no avail.
One service person came to my place but was only there to replace a faulty door handle. He said he would request an installation supervisor to check it out.
I receives a call that someone would get in touch with me, but it hasn't happened yet.

Original install of picture window has…
Original install of picture window has a molding piece incorrectly cut and installed. Installer put putty in the corner of one of the molding pieces to hide the imperfection but the putty popped off. It’s taken almost a year to get this fixed! They have come out twice and each time have brought the incorrect style of molding. And most recently last month. Maybe 4th time will be the charm?!!! The installer that most recently came last month admitted that Window Nation has not focused on Quality or customer service due to cost constraints. Not a great look for Window Nation. They are one of the cheaper window companies out there, but be careful, you get what you pay for!

The technicians that installed my replacement window did a fantastic job but I must say the reason I gave four stars instead of five is because if window Nation would have the sash then this job would have been very easy to do in this case. These guys worked very hard to get that window installed being that it was just the glass. But again they did a wonderful job.

The arrival was right when I was told it would be, no delays. The guys put down cloth to protect our floors, installed our 11 windows in several hrs.,cleaned up every piece of trash, took our old windows. Our new windows look great !
