Probably the most inept organisation I…
Probably the most inept organisation I have ever dealt with . They took my money (£6000) for a bike they didn’t have and couldn’t get . Then took more money for a replacement bike .... that they couldn’t get . Then took a month to refund me . 7 different people dealt with my case and no one took responsibility . Truely awful . I have no idea how companies like that survive .
