I bought a used van from Yolanda at Wigan and the whole process was seamless and hassle free.
I bought it remotely having viewed a video and when it arrived the van was as described and spotless.
With free delivery and no hassle handover I was very impressed from start to finish and the van was far cheaper than anywhere else.
What’s not to love !

Very nice customer service from the minute we walked in. Everything went very smoothly and clear instructions were given. Van was neat.

Having hired a Ford Luton van from Westwood on two occasions, I would thoroughly recommend Westwood. They recognise that customers are in fact going to take care of their vehicles through choice and don't push silly add on insurance for windscreen breakages, punctures, etc.
Jason & Kate provided a friendly, professional, honest, common sense and professional approach on both occasions. A pleasure to deal with them!

Don’t normally leave reviews, but Cliff from Westwood motor group in Bolton went above and beyond when purchasing my van from them. He stuck to his word and sorted any enquiries I had against the van and had it ready for me on the day we agreed, and still insists on doing so after I purchased the van… it goes a long way!

Rented a car via Yolanda. She was so helpful from start to finish. Went all out to make sure i had a car for when i needed. A lovely friendly lady, who made sure the process was simple. Collected and signed for with Cliff who was also friendly and professional had a fab chat!

Yolanda and her team in the Bolton Branch were outstanding when we purchased our van from them. She was informative, pleasant, extremely well mannered, helpful and courteous throughout the whole process & really is a credit to Westwood Motor Group. The vehicle was serviced, liveried with a tow bar arranged all without fuss and the company were great to deal with all through their representative sales lady Yolanda. My only request would be for Westwood to consider upgrading their office space where they receive customers as although it was clean and presentable it really could do with an upgrade to make it more accommodating and customer friendly. I would highly recommend Yolanda and her team as having fantastic customer service satisfaction levels to a high standard.

Being chased by DVLA for non payment of car tax on a car I part exchanged. Garage have failed to resolve.

Best to avoid this garage. Failed to carry out pre inspection on new vehicle.

I was told by Chris that you would take car of the car tax as it had already been paid by DD. This obviously wasn't done.

I am very familiar with my responsibilities.. Odd that this has never happened to me before; until dealing with this garage.

How do you propose to resolve? Can you email me the copies you say you sent to DVLA?

I honestly never go anywhere else Chris and the team at Westwood are second to none. The most competitive hire rates and unbeatable customer service levels. Give them a call before going anywhere else.

What can I say apart from Cliff is your man! If you are look for a vehicle look no further. I have had the privilege of Westwood motors of finding a year old transit van and delivering it to my door. They have gone above Expectations and find me the van of my dreams and more. I am so pleased and would highly recommend any one to use these guys. Hope to deals with you again in the future.

I bought a van last week from Cliff at the Bolton branch. I am delighted not just with the van, which was a great price, the same as advertised and in super condition but also with the service. Cliff and the female member of staff (not sure of her name) were a delight to deal with. They were friendly and knowledgeable as well as accommodating and professional. I would highly recommend the company and will be visiting and purchasing again from them for my next van.

Hired a van for a day again from here and Nicola was so helpful and efficient and went out of her way to help as was having a nightmare of a day !! Donna in accounts has been so helpful today regarding the refundable deposit, overall a friendly helpful service, would definitely use this company again !

Called 3 times been in the office but I'm not worth to reply. Prices on website is a simply clickbait.
