West & Hill have recently completed a single story extension and kitchen install. The project has been well run and professional from start to finish. Rick and Will are amazing at everything they put their hands to. We have an amazing family space now. We will continue to use them for any future projects and also recommend them to family and friends.

From start to finish absolutely outstanding service from all the team. At first we had different plans for a kitchen extension but decided against the project. Will came and worked with us to come up with alternatives better suited to us.

When Rick and the team came on site from day 1 I can't fault their efficiency and cleanliness in what was a messy job. All work has been completed to the highest standard as promised.

One of the biggest positives was the communication with an update every day and always giving us practical options when it came to a decision on how to proceed.

Absolutely delighted with the finished space!

From the initial quote to the finished product we were really happy with the service provided by West & Hill. Will was clear and helpful when quoting. We weren't 100% sure on the best route to take with re-modelling our fireplace but he took the time to talk us through the options and help us choose the best solution. Rick was really friendly and patient throughout the work. We were a little nervous with having the work done, but he put us at ease and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. The end result is fantastic and we would happily use West & Hill again.

Will, Rick and the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the moment we approached them for a quote they were nothing, but professional. They came back to us quickly and responded to all emails and calls promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. The work they carried out was to an excellent standard and they always did their best to keep the house tidy and clean up after themselves. They even mopped the floor! I would highly recommend them due to their polite professionalism and excellent work. Thanks guys.

I do not usually write reviews but I am compelled to do so following the outstanding service I have just received from these guys. They carried out some internal building and joinery work which was hassle free and finished to the best standard I could have hoped for. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day, meaning I could just forget about it and enjoy seeing the improvements. Thanks again, I will definitely be using them for any other work in future and I will be confident in recommending them to friends and family.

Yet again another outstanding job done by west & Hill. They have had my loft doors bespoke made and they fitted them bearing in mind that one of these doors weighed 50 kilos and had to be carried up 2 sets of winding stairs by Will alone. This was done without a single knock or scratching my walls To day the doors are amazing is an understatement. Will & West completely renovated our home 2 years ago. The boys and their team are truly fantastic. I am without doubt the fussiest customer you could imagine and I wouldn’t trust any other builders to do anything in our home. You can not get the craftsmanship or professionalism that these boys work to I can not recommend them enough.

West and Hill made an expert job of putting in a set of wooden bannisters on my previously open stairway. Everything was carefully considered and neatly done. They worked quickly but without rushing. They were careful to leave everything clean and tidy. Friendly and straightforward guys.

I'm not sure that the 5 stars scoring system do this company justice. They have just finished a renovation project for me, everything from knocking down walls, fitting bi-folding doors to wallpaper stripping and installing bathroom extractor fans and blow heaters.

Numerous issues encountered during the project (it's a 60's built house) but Will and his team dealt with all of them efficiently and made every effort to find cost efficient solutions that kept the project on time and budget increases to a minimum.

All members of the team were polite, hard working and kept the place tidy as they worked.

In terms of a building partner I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone else who is looking for a quality building partner at a fair price.

We have such a positive experience with these guys every time we use them and I would have absolutely no reservations about recommending them to anyone. West & Hill have completed a couple of jobs for us from removing an original 1930's rotten door and frame and replacing it with a beautiful oak door, complete with hand made wooden frame to a three room renovation project that wasn't as straight forward as we'd first planned (is it ever?!).
Rick, Will and their team are completely professional, offer advice and guidance both before and throughout a project and understand how crucial good communication is - to the point of being at the end of the phone to answers your questions even after a job is finished. Their prices are very reasonable, the standard of work produced is incredible and they always clean up after themselves. You get so much more than a standard service when you work with these guys.

Extremely professional, well organised and very courteous. Had all my flooring changed throughout the house, West and Hill did a fantastic job, my house looks amazing. Every member of the team made sure I was happy with each part of the work before moving on to the next, they even cleaned up every evening before going. Can highly recommend these guys if you want a job doing right.
