Westfield White City parking is too…

Westfield White City parking is too expensive especially for sub-par shops and eateries. Was £8.50, then increaeed to £12, and now £15! Avoid this place, lots of cheaper and more interesting places to go.

Thank you for the great free kids activities

I brought my daughter and her friend to Westfield during half term. They had an absolutely brilliant time doing free arts and crafts! And it wasn't just colouring in, lots of lovely quality items and super friendly staff - thank you. It was welcome to rest for me too.

A family of four

A family of four, the parents and their two children, had decided to spend the day at the shopping center. They started off with a delicious breakfast at a nearby café and then made their way to the mall. The children were ecstatic as they always loved shopping with their parents.

As they walked around the mall, they discovered a new toy store and the kids couldn't resist checking it out. They spent hours in the store, trying out different toys and games, laughing and having a great time. The parents couldn't help but join in on the fun and soon, all four of them were playing together.

Next, they went to the clothing section where the kids picked out new outfits for themselves. They tried on different clothes and danced in front of the mirrors, making silly faces and having a blast. The parents were happy to see their children so happy and carefree.

After a long day of shopping and playing, they decided to sit down and relax at a nearby food court. They enjoyed some delicious food and drinks, chatted and reminisced about their day. As they walked back to their car, tired but content, the children were already talking about their next shopping trip with their parents.

The family had a truly delightful and memorable shopping experience, creating memories to last a lifetime.

AVOID Westfield Direct

I had the same experience. Order online on the 23rd Oct. Still waiting 3 weeks later. After contact the supplier, the item had been sent the following day to Westfield Direct. Westfield Direct - after waiting 1 week, said they havent received it. After waiting another week , its still in progress? excuse after excuse. Still chasing my order through their chat service, only to have the same thing said week after week. AVOID if you can, its quicker ordering direct from the supplier, rather than this third party (Westfield Direct) mob.

Westfield Direct - Avoid

Placed online order 23 Oct 22. Confirmation email "We have received your order and will let you know once it has been confirmed. This can take up to 24 hours while we source your item(s). If an item is unavailable, you will not be charged for the item".

Then nothing. For a week. So now I have to chase their online no person / contact number follow-up. I could have walked interstate by now to pick up an item.

Horrible service.

Avoid at all costs

They only give you time if you’re going to spend money, forget about after sales help of any kind!!

They only give you time if you’re going to spend money in their store. I am an existing customer and wanted help on addressing issues. They right away discouraged me saying it’s a 1.5 hr queue. I insisted to be put on the queue and said I’ll wait. They didn’t even take my customer details properly. When I asked them to show me listed on the store assistants tab they had my name wrong and the waiting time showed 8 minutes. I asked to speak to the store manager who was even worse in his attitude and rude.

Horrible experience - such a scam

Horrible experience- don’t bother using as they’ll take your money and you’ll never get your order. Falsely advertise 3-5 business days for delivery but 3 weeks later still nothing. Zero communication or updates from them about delays. After many emails from me chasing them to find out where my parcel was, they told me half had been delivered to store but they had lost the order. Don’t trust them, order anywhere else but here!

Don’t buy online from Westfield Direct. False advertising.

I need the zero stars option for the worst online shopping. False advertising on the site. I placed an order for two lots of jars that came in a pack of 6 from MYHOUSE via Westfield direct. Was clear in the multiple descriptions that the package contents being purchased are a pack of six. They sent 2 single jars. I went through the support process and they refused to send the remaining 10, stating I had to purchase each separately. That would mean at the extremely over-inflated price each small jar would have been over 300% increase in price per jar compared to reputable suppliers. They have since ignored my email. Have taken it up with the Department of Fair Trading. Depending on the outcome will also make a complaint to ACCC for false advertising.
