Been dealing with an order for over two months that was shipped to me wrong it was not what I ordered. Told I was getting a replacement that was on February 11. I still can’t get a tracking number. I can’t get a response from the company. They have got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Don't ever buy anything from this garbage ripoff site. I got ripped off on my order just like so many others had before. Don't even bother emailing them either because they won't respond. Address is based in SF, California so, of course, it's run by criminals. Don't ever buy anything from this garbage site.

I ordered a University of Alabama Big Al Whiskey Bottle and I received a poorly light bottle without a lid and they actually responded that I must have lost it. The bottle was okay, but cheap material and the design was a sticker. Sad purchase. Keep your money, look elsewhere to buy.

Ordered an item, emailed 3 weeks later to chase it up. Informed out of stock and refund would be processed in 3-5 days via PayPal. No refund sent and chased up after the 5 day period. Escalated to PayPal and money refunded.

I ordered a gun Advent calendar for my son who is a gunsmith. I am extremely disappointed in the product. The image of the box (with the family make it appear larger than it is). The dimensions of the box listed on the website are larger then the actual box. It is absolutely not 11 inches by 7 inches. It is 7.75 inches by 5.5 inches.

The paragraph states the ornaments are acrylic, but the images are not representative. The actual ornaments have probs that are see through versus the solid black pictured.

If you are reading reviews then you are already smarter than I was. I just wasted $150. Ordered $50 tree toppers for each of my three children from different colleges and they are absolute garbage. Look like shrinky dinks which was not at all how they looked in the pictures. Took an entire month to arrive and it apparently doesn't matter because they are headed to the trash heap.

A REAL SCAM! I purchased the Slikpnot Advent Calendar (paying a large sum of money) because, looking at the photos on their website, I was supposed to receive 3D plastic figures representing the band's characters; in reality, they were 2D plastic prints. I purchased it on September 21, 2025, with shipping expected within 15-22 days. After several email exchanges assuring me of delivery by October/November, I received it on December 21, 2025 (the gift must obviously be delivered by December 1, 2025). Finally, I purchased an identical Advent calendar from another website, but with different prints, at 1/4 of their price. I wrote to them asking for a minimum refund, but they never responded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Worst company I have ever dealt with, if they were actually a company. Total scam artists

We ordered an advent calendar on 11/2/2025, thinking this was a U.S. company. We are still waiting for delivery and it's 12/21/2025. This ships from China. Just beware.

What an utter piece of rubbish turned up and not as advertised
Cheap plastic tiny tiny printed rubbish and not the 3d figures promised.
£65 wasted so lesson learned from me

Ordered the supercar advent calendar for my son. Was advertised as 24 metal cars. Had to chase for progress, got a response with a tracking link which never changed (always “shipping information received”) only to have a cheap plastic 2D car pictures delivered in a cheap box. No further responses to any of my emails or messages. Advent calendar was not inexpensive either. Stay away - total scam site!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered the Brutus tree topper. It is a plastic piece of junk. I’ve attempted to contact the company, the phone number doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails. Total scam!!

Took nine weeks to arrive and wasn’t even what I ordered - no response from seller so contacted bank and got a credit card charge back. Do not buy from this seller!

Adding to my review because of what everyone else is saying - we ordered the Dr Who Advent Calendar, ordered it months in advance believing it was coming from the States, arrived mid December and wasn't even Dr Who, was Soccer themed and cheap box without any numbers for each day on it, a broken plastic container inside and the cardboard doors didn't even open correctly.

I would give 0 if I could the worst company to deal with brought a semi truck whiskey decanter for a xmas present on 11/10/2025 paid express postage guaranteed in 15 days
as this is a Xmas present and Xmas is two weeks away I will not have a present from a for my friend so dissatisfied I wish they would acknowledged my emails don’t buy won’t receive

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a TTU advent calendar for my Dad's birthday. Ordered 5 wks before his birthday. Also paid for the insurance. My Dad's bday was 12/2. Still no calendar. Multiple emails sent. Zero response. Calls made. Rings 2x and disconnects. Zero response from the vendor. I'm out $88. Stay away from this site.

Scammers ! Paid 70 $ for an item I never received and for which I never got an confirmation e-mail. Tried to conctact them, but they don't answer.
Don't waste you money on those clowns !

Product advertised was not even close to what I received. Company refuses to respond to messages requesting a return. It’s been weeks.

Product is not as showed on photos or described. Do not buy anything from these scammers!
