NEVER GO THERE it is a scam

Worst experience ever. I went to change the screen of my phone. When I came back to pick up my iphone, 6 hours after, the screen had a defect (cracked) but I really needed my Iphone for the night so I came back home with my Phone. I arrived at home and my Iphone was very hot. It suddenly stopped. It does not work anymore. The technician doesn't know what happened. SERIOUSLY ????

Horrible

Horrible ! Came out in July 1924 fix the dryer. It’s broken three times since then now they’re trying to charge me on a warranty product and labor.. not to mention they made us wait three hours the first day no-show three hours the second day wrong address then three more hours and just to tell us it was gonna cost us $272

Thought I had rang someone local as a local number, the company is not local, miles away, absolute robbery, this company rips you off, 19 minutes work, to connect my pipes underneath my sink my own pipes I may add, charged £357 no parts needed as my own, please do not use, absolute rip off.

Ross Padley. We Fix

Ross Padley, engineer arrived promptly as advised. He listened to my instinct of what the problem was instead of wasting time making unnecessary checks and within a few minutes had located the problem, namely cleaning the flame sensing device , job done. Excellent and honest service from WE FIX. The previous day I was quoted £850 for parts + 4 hours labour by a very well known competitor. RH.

The whole team amazing especially Susan the ops manager /co ordinator.very and candy waste of time come to wefix to try and sort the problem out and Susan quickly and effectively solved the problem by pushing for it to be resolved can't thank her enough.

After spending $500 to have my…

After spending $500 to have my touchscreen laptop screen replaced at We Fix, the internal camera doesn't work. The manager told us it is nothing they did, and everything "should be" working. However, I called Dell and when the Dell tech took the screen off, he told us that the connector was never hooked up nor was it even a working connector. So, I had to spend an additional $175 to have it done correctly. I probably will never see that money because they will deny they didn't do it correctly. I expect a full credit but will settle for a sincere apology and a partial credit, which will never come

Time wasters

Waited 2 weeks for appointment. They arrive, told me they only came to look at the phone because they haven't order/received my screen replacement.. didn't inform me they wasn't fixing it until turning up at my home.. took photos of phone and the model details on the back. Then said she could come next week to fix it.. contacted wefix and asked for a full refund, after seeing all these negative reviews I think i did the right thing..

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Originally booked screen repair for April before travelling, day before got message saying no part available and they gave me a new date when I wouldn't be in the country. I cancelled and waited till my return to re-book a screen repair. I booked for Wed 1st May and was given a time slot and the mobile technician arrived. Nevertheless the lovely technician Tahir said it would take 40 mins or so to fix my slightly cracked Samsung s23fe cracked screen. After an hour I went out to ask how long the repair would be as I needed to accept a very very important phone call and the technician then advised me that the Samsung screen he had bee provided with was faulty and my phone now had totally blank screen and wouldn't work. I was distraught as I now had no way of communicating without my phone and all my banking, utilities etc were on the phone. Tahir kindly offered me the use of his phone and went above and beyond to lend me one of his personal phones by driving from my home to Bury and back circa 80 miles to lend me a phone so I could communicate with the outside World. Tahir then advised the next date would be the following Monday as wefix had problems with samsubg deliveries, I told him this was unacceptable and he advised me to ring customer services, which I did and that's where this joke of a company comes to light.... no sympathy from the Cs assistant and I asked to speak to a manager but was told none were available and was told to put my complaint in writing via email. I sent an email explaining I couldn't not have the use of my phone for 5 days to which I was then told the next repair date available was 13th May, nearly 2 whole week later! I was offered a measly and pathetic discount of 15% for we fixes complete utter mess up of my phone which was working perfectly fine before my screen was removed. A few more emails later I get to huge discount of 30% wow we !!! I advised i want a full refund and my phone repaired URGENTLY!!! Still waiting for a reply. DO NOT USE THESE BANDITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND U WILL TELL EVERYONE AND HIS DOG TO AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! PATHETIC COMPANY!!!

Slow to NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Your response time is quite pathetic, and I can't call any of your branches as no one picks up. Instead the voicemail refers me back to either e-mail, WhatsApp or the online chat which doesn't get answered within an acceptable timeframe either.

Your customer service seems poor at best, even at a sales level, so I can only imagine how horrendous the after sale service must be. The numerous extremely negative Hello Peter reviews are off putting, and perhaps a precursor to the poor standards of customer service one should expect to receive from WeFix.

I will be posting this on Hello Peter, Google Reviews and every other social media platform available so other people who might consider doing business with you will be able to avoid the disappointment of dealing with sub-par service providers such as WeFix.

Poor service

Sent electrical engineer for a gas appliance repair on a newly installed Candy oven which wouldn't stay alight. When the gas engineer finally came he was very abrupt and didn't want to listen as I tried to explain that I was not prepared to accept a repair if he couldn't get it going either. He adjusted something, said it was working and then stormed off in a huff. When I tried it later it still would not light so Candy are now taking it back.
Couldn't recommend WeFix based on that visit.
