PLEASE DO NOT BUY Classplus

I purchased Classplus in Jan 2026. After selling no one is responsible to answer your queries. They sold me the program for 7 Years with the promise of all premium features. After the payment and onboarding the platform I came to understand that there is nothing like premium features. Now they are asking for money to activate the premium features. NO Tech Support. NO after sales service. Every time you have to email for every problems but there are NO any SOLUTIONS provided. I suggest "PLEASE DO NOT BUY Classplus".

How pathetic can an edtech product be?
Classplussapp: YES!

Seriously as a developer this site is so shitty and has so many bugs! And customer support is 0! Literally 0! A simple login/logout doesnt work how pathetic can their app be! I can write tons more but i guess knowing that even a simple login/logout function was not achievable for them - you can deduce how good of their overall app would be!

the worst company I have come across in…

the worst company I have come across in my 30 years of professional life. They are still harassing me by calling me 5 times a day. I made a mistake by making an enquiry, now they don't stop calling me inspite of making a complaint in their head office. They should be arrested and put behind bars
