Would not shop here again. I bought a pair of trousers, returned them and paid for a second pair but was refused a refund on first pair! (As sale item) even though I’d effectively exchanged . Cannot speak to staff. Brief curt emails with no understanding. Had to buy some ugly socks with the vouchers as no ther options.

Returned items for immediately after arrival as all the sizes and cuts were not right. Still waiting for a refund a month later whilst being chased for payment. No response to emails whatsoever.

Good quality clothes and a personal customer service experience. Absolutely will be buying more of their products in future.

Rude customer service. My delivery was extremely late due to some stock/warehouse issues. Even though I paid for delivery (and was never offered a refund). I contacted them and was told to update my royal mail delivery preferences which felt frustrating considering that had nothing to do with the delays. Was ignored after correcting them.

As others have mentioned here. They only want to offer store credit. They trick you into using a a 10% promo/discount code but this then means you're not entitled to a card refund and have to accept store credit.

Will never shop there again. Online shopping is supposed to be easy and hassle free. But most importantly, someone rude is on the other side of those emails.

Absolutely love this brand - my husband is obsessed with the shirts/t-shirts and I always get him something from bound for his birthday/special occasions.
The quality is unmatched, such beautiful fabrics and love the different designs.
Very cool brand.
Customer service is also TOP NOTCH from Jack - nothing is ever a problem.

I ordered two linen pants, but the fit was a bit too tight for my liking. Requesting an exchange was very easy by following the instructions. Since I’m going on vacation next week and wanted to take the pants with me, I contacted customer service and they handled it right away!

Very helpful when there was a fault with product.

I picked up a few items and they were all great quality. Had to exchange one and the customer service team were very helpful and accommodating. Will be sure to continue to shop here and support independent brands.

Just made my first order, I made a mistake on my end, and customer service was so kind. The items shipped really fast. My husband loved the clothes, the clothing is really good quality and fits great!

Could not recommend this brand enough. Recently ordered 2 products from Bound and haven't stopped receiving compliments about them. The quality and style is just incredible, you can really have the perfect outfit for each season. I've also never experienced such positive customer experience from any other brand/company in my life. Jack is quick, friendly and gets the job done everytime. I will absolutely be continuing to buy from here in future

Excellent customer service! The return policy is a bit of a tight turn around, but they were willing to work with me for a return that fell outside of their policy window because the shipping took longer than expected. I get that sense that you actually email with a real, live person and not some AI chatbot like most other companies use. Which means communication is excellent -- though may take a couple days to respond (which is no big deal). Quality of clothes is also excellent!

i ordered jumper which came very quickly which was nice! Unfortunately it didn't suit me although i loved it. Had to return for a refund which was completely pain free and easy. Received emails from Jack which were friendly and informative....so easy to deal with
i will certainly be looking to purchase from Bound in the near future....a pleasure shopping with them
