I started with Birman law, I contacted them, and my account was moved to wealth recovery. I lost $30K to a binary option company and WRI is trying to recover it. So right I now have about $6K more invested between the two companies. WRI has been pretty good about keeping me up to date, but my case is now going on 3 years. I am still thinking positively, but I sure wish this would get resolved.

WRI is a strong partner, reliable, efficient, trustworthy! I feel supported and encouraged in a time of frustration and despair!
I do hope, that their work is crowned with success!

I was excited when I found Wealth Recovery International knowing that someone would be able to help me recover some of the lost money. However I did not expect it to drag out and appear that it would be a waste of time and more money. I believe the service would be better service if the names of the culprits would be furnished to those of us that were scammed and we could do as we pleased with the information. WRI may not make as much money but I for one would be much happier customer.

Timely relevant email updates intended to encourage and inform with specific case relevant information.

Have not recovered any funds yet. The jury is still out.

Wealth Recovery is in the process of helping me recover at least some of the money that I lost in the Options Trading Scam. Their service has been very professional and I receive regular updates on the course and progress of the lawsuit and trial that is now ongoing in Ireland. I believe that they are doing their very best to obtain justice for the investors who were financially damaged by the fraudulent and illegal activities of both the options traders and those organizations who "laundered" the stolen funds.

Don't trust Wealth Recovery International. I contacted WRI in 2017 and was recommended to engage Birman Law and I paid them usd 33k due to my stolen money by cfdstocks was huge.
In this 2 years, Birman Law only showed to me a letter that they send to Cfdstocks asking for license only but not claim of fund back. Early 2019, Birman Law wrote to me and says there is nothing they can do except litigation and wants me to pay 2.5% plus various deposit that need to be prepared for filing at israeli Court. I told Birman Law that I do not have the fund anymore and they referred back to WRI for advise on what can they do since they have quite a few cfdstocks cases. 1 month ago WRI contacted me and requested me to engage them with 2.5% fee and 2.5% court fee which is a total of 5% to file the case in court. They are like passing the client around and just want to milk money out.
They can now argue that I am not their client since my contract is signed with Birman Law. So I think they are not ethical and honorable as per what they have mentioned in their website.
I have send email to Birman Law and to WRI last month that I have decided to terminate Birman Law service and requested my case folder to send to me. But so far, there is not even a courtesy email from them to me yet.
So, from my experience, I will not recommend anyone to use them.

Note: my update to be clear.
1. Also to be clear, I engaged Birman Law because Birman Law called me after I keyed the enquiry form at WRI's website.
2. I extracted the impt infos here because your report is not used by Birman Law to send a letter of claim to Dwairyz. Birman Law only send letters to cfdstocks which they say its hard as they cannot locate them. I actually wire fund to Mayzus Financial Services as well which my record shown very clearly. There are no claim letter to Mayzus Financial services or force them to disclose where my fund were re-send to as well. Birman Law have 2 years to send Dwairyz the claim and Mayzus but did nothing. Instead advise me to go for the expensive way of paying litigation fee of 2.5% and now send back to WRl to do the same double work again. It easy to say I am not WRI's client and I am only giving advise for anyone who wants to look for genuine services. This is of good intention as I know its traumatic enough already to be scammed by Binary Option scum.

The WRI Rept send is of limited use to me as it is not customer specific as it does not show where the fund are even though I have credit card and wire transfer statements and records from banks.

I was contacted by WRI after Birman Law send email to WRI that I cannot afford because of high litigation cost briefed by Birman Law. This was again after a few months of waiting and numerous follow up email by me.

Recently , you have quoted a total of 5% of the claim amount as fee and court fee. This does not include whatever additional cost I believe will surface again.
I opted out due to these uncertainties and high cost which I cannot afford.

I am emailing to you now for the full report.

From what I have experienced, the report is not specific to each customer. There are no investigation of where the money goes even though I provided detail bank information. I guess the report is general so that they can use this for again and again for different clients.

My thoughts and encouragement to all victims, lawyers and investigators. Let's cooperate and nail the low life Binary Option criminals. Do not give up.
They will not get away with the money they rob from us.

The Israeli court fee is expensive as they are not pro victims. If we can gather some funders to support the proceedings and if investigator and their lawyers are confident about the case, they should help /find funder for the case and get a bigger portion of the recovered fund. This will definitely build confident with their customers and show their confident in the israeli court and law.
Currently, in this industry, the recovery experts and lawyers are getting a share of the returned fund on top of the lawyers and procedures cost victims have to pay. So, that is also a loop hole to encourage crooks to exploit since they know that victims may not be able to afford to fight them or have doubt in paying more to sue the criminals. Furthermore, there is nothing the con man will loose since they just have to return the fund, if the victims have the means to locate them.
There must be a way to get all these criminals responsible and punish them as they do not care about the harms they have caused the victims and their families; some of them are murderers as they have caused victims to end their lives. So, destroy these criminals and they have to be subjected to the worst punishment.

I hired Wealth Recovery Int in May, 2018. So far, after paying them a retainer, they have done nothing except produce a worthless report. I provided them with all the forms and evidence they requested. They have no plans of legal action and they do not even contact me anymore. They just take people's money and pretend to understand legal work. A lot of the positive reviews on TrustPilot about them are written by the PR director of WRI. This was admitted to me over the phone by an employee there; I am not making it up. If WRI is who they say they are: How come they are not working on cases? Namely mine. If they respond to this review--perhaps they should detail all of the legal work they are engaged in on my behalf. I would be very interested to hear about it. They have not shared it with me. If they claim I don't exist, then I will make a copy of the contract available for the public. It has been some time since May 2018, and they have produced a report is all. They have a revolving door for employees there as well. If you hire WRI, do not expect results, and, kiss your money goodbye, again. It's sad, they sound like they could do a good job for people--I wish they really did help clients, but they say they can't promise anything: Isn't that the truth. I am just disgusted with people like this: they would call me incessantly after my inquiry to get me to sign on, but after they got the money they wanted, they eventually just forget about you. WRI should not be in business if they can't do the job.

From what I gather, WRI actually got some money back for their clients in the past but it was an opportunity that might be gone now. The founder of WRI Austin Smith is a former binary option scammer and used his knowledge to get back to the operators of these scams by threatening to sue them for fraud and getting them to settle. But these threats are not working anymore and he has now pleaded guilty to charges of fraud himself after it was proved that he recovered money for people he had scammed himself in the binary options.

I have opened a claim with WRI in November 2018 and I could only pay a portion of the upfront fee they were asking from me. I really believed these guys could help me out. I was wrong. I've been ill advised in my situation resulting in a dead end with the broker, losing my chance of getting money back from them. WRI took the money I sent them but dropped the claim because I didn't pay up the balance. I got no report, no official statement, no refund, no phone call. No nothing. They don't even return my emails. I guess i'll have to try and do a chargeback with them as well.

I was promoting them on my websites until I recently realized what they were all about. Such a disappointment.

Note to WRI: Sure I didn't pay the full thing upfront but $1000 is enough to process a chargeback to get me some operating funds. I am open to discussing this post in private. Please be in touch

Don’t get upset as you can easily get the best assistance from an authentic place. The trick is to be more careful with recovery than you were with investing.
