They sent me the absolute wrong…

They sent me the absolute wrong product. I contacted them and finally received a response. Told them I needed return shipping and wanted to completely cancel the order as I was frustrated with the purchase. They sent the shipping label and then proceeded to send me the correct product. I sent another email reminding them I no longer wanted to proceed with the purchase and want a return label to send the product back. They have not responded and it’s been over a week. Customer service does not exists at WPS. I have made other purchases in the past a never had an issue. Too bad this is how they do business now.

Never shipped my order-

Never shipped my order- smarmy, rude, smartass “customer service” blaming their lack of a warehouse for their theft.

Awful experience. Awful humans. I HOPE John is not aware of or complicit…

Try other great AMERICAN companies- Warrior Poet will just screw you

Worst Customer Service Ever AVOID

Ordered from this place August 10th, package to date Sept 5th hasn't been delivered. By August 16th they basically told me it’s outside their hands and to deal with usps. I paid for a product which I don’t have, paid them for a service I didn't receive, now I literally lost my money and the company who made profit off me doesn't care, value or even listen to the 6 emails I sent. Useless non sense responses. Avoid wasting time and money.

Horrible customer service and low integrity company

I ordered a sling at 11 pm. Within 30 minutes, I saw an alternative sling I wanted. I emailed them asking for a swap. The following day, and less than 11 hours later, they emailed saying the package had been shipped (label created only) and they couldn't change it. Additionally, I would have to pay to send it back for an exchange. I said I would refuse the package. They sent an email saying it “may” get lost and I wouldn't be entitled to money back or exchange. I have screenshots of emails as proof—horrible customer service and a low-integrity company.

The package still hasn't shipped at the time of this review.

The worst customer service experience…

The worst customer service experience I've ever had for a company I truly love and respect as a fan of John Lovell's work, who is obviously not being served well by the people in his shipping department. I ordered a Push Dagger Knife on Feb 1 and have been chasing someone to respond to my product inquiry which is MIA and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. After sending "four" inquires to emails some of which are not active I received this beauty of a response: "Thanks for reaching out! I would recommend checking with surrounding neighbors! Porch pirates are also always a possibility and that is something that we cannot be liable for. Zach WPS Customer Service". In other words, tough luck, you're on your own and we won't do anything to assist in fulfilling the product you bought from us. Wow... for a company that espouses excellence and virtues, I thought this was a lame response. They use DHL as a carrier which is hit-and-miss rather than a reputable company and do not stand by their products if they never arrive. I'm embarrassed for Mr. Lovell and his team, which seem to be a solid group of people from their videos, but this is no way to treat loyal customers who are trying to support your company grow by taking no responsibility to assist in fulfilling orders for hard-earned money. I live in an upscale community, gated, under video security and porch pirates is not a problem in my zip code. Apparently, accountability and integrity to a purchase IS A PROBLEM at Warrior Poets Society, and that is more disappointing than not receiving my much-needed duty knife.

Worst Tactical Supply Company on the Net...Congrats!

This review in in reference to there "Supply" webstore. The Poet needs to stick to YouTubes and blogs because he has no clue how to run an e-tail business. Every order from this company is missing parts or they only ship you partial even though everything shows "in stock". They charge your card for the full order and don't ship all the parts, leaving you hanging to wonder if you will ever get what you paid for. Their website is also a complete joke. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no email, no phone number only a stupid chat robot that apparently never relays the messages to a human. Or the people in this company just don't give a damn to even check. In this day and age of e-commerce where people have high expectations I would say this is one of the worst companies I've ever ordered from. Six messages sent through their stupid Robot and only 1 ever answered asking for a picture of what I got. Then...crickets. I can't stand when you cannot communicate with a vendor and I despise companies selling things "in stock" when they are just another drop ship company listing items for sale and taking your money when they have no stock nor can they give you any idea when or if you will ever get the merchandise you paid for. You've been warned. I highly recommend you do not order anything from this company. They are extremely unprofessional and you can get most anything they sell from another vendor and for a cheaper price plus get great customer service! My only wish is that you could give this company ZERO STARS!
