Excellent Customer Support Experience
I contacted Wallet Support regarding a personal data deletion request and was very pleased with the professionalism and clarity of the support team throughout the process.
The representatives were polite, patient, and transparent about the available options, the consequences of deleting my data, and the applicable retention period for information that must be kept for legal or regulatory reasons. They clearly explained each step and made sure I understood the process before proceeding.
I particularly appreciated the fact that my request was handled carefully rather than being dismissed with a generic response. The communication was professional, respectful, and straightforward from start to finish.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with Wallet Support and would recommend their support team to others. Thank you to the team for the assistance and professional service.

I am writing this review so that other users understand what can happen when they keep money in Wallet in Telegram.
I attempted to withdraw approximately 53.5 USDT. The transaction was immediately placed “under review,” and the app itself stated that I would be notified of the result within 12 hours.
More than 48 hours have now passed.
What is far more serious is that Wallet did not only freeze the 53.5 USDT transaction — access to my entire remaining balance, approximately 560 USDT in total, was restricted as well. I cannot withdraw or use my own funds.
Support eventually told me that the recipient address had been classified as high risk. I had no way of knowing this. I was simply trying to make a payment. I then clearly requested that the transaction be cancelled and that my funds be returned so I could withdraw them to another wallet.
Instead of resolving the issue, I have received the same generic responses again and again: “please wait,” “the review is ongoing,” “we will contact you when there is an update.”
No meaningful timeframe has been provided. No additional documents have been requested from me. No concrete action has been offered that would allow me to regain access to my money.
I also requested that the matter be escalated to Compliance/AML and registered as a Formal Complaint. I was told that my request had been “recorded,” but no complaint reference number was provided in the chat.
The most disturbing part of this experience is the complete helplessness it creates for the customer.
Because all of my funds are now frozen, I am simply forced to sit and wait until Wallet decides to resolve the issue. If I urgently needed this money for food, family expenses, education, rent, or another emergency, there would apparently be nothing I could do except keep receiving template responses and wait.
That is something every potential customer should understand before keeping significant funds in this service.
When a company has control over your entire balance, customer support cannot treat a situation like this as a minor inconvenience. Being unable to access your own money for days, with no clear deadline and no meaningful explanation of when access will be restored, causes real stress and anxiety.
I have already spent days worrying about whether I will regain access to my funds and how long this will continue. Customers should not have to damage their health and nerves simply because a compliance review has no transparent timeframe.
I understand that financial services have AML and security obligations. I am not objecting to reasonable compliance checks.
What I object to is freezing an entire account, exceeding the stated review timeframe by many times, providing no concrete resolution, and leaving the customer completely powerless while support repeatedly tells them to wait.
I am asking Wallet to cancel the reviewed transaction, restore access to my balance, and allow me to withdraw my funds to another wallet.
After this experience, I personally have no intention of keeping funds in this service again.
I have screenshots of the transaction review, the stated 12-hour timeframe, the account restriction, and my full correspondence with Wallet Support, and I can provide them to Trustpilot if verification is required.
UPDATE:
The issue has been resolved and access to my funds has been restored. However, this does not change the core problem: for more than two days, I received only generic responses with no timeframe and no real solution. After I made the issue public and formally escalated it, everything was resolved within approximately five hours.
I am grateful that customers have public channels through which they can force a company to pay attention to a problem. I hope my complaints serve as a lesson and lead you to change the way you treat and support your customers in the future.
To get my account and funds unlocked, it took more than just a Trustpilot review. I also had to submit a formal complaint to the Crypto Wallet Complaints Office and a formal complaint to ACODECO in Panama. Only after escalating the matter through all of these channels was my issue finally resolved.
Helpful and resolve issues very quick, very professional. Thumbs up!

USDT Earn shows a $0 balance and no Withdraw option. On-chain, it is fine, and shares are untouched. The protocol page is not reading the balance. It's probably a UI/UX issue, but an annoying one. Almost never works properly. And if you need to move funds, there's no other way to reach them, but the Wallet's interface. Once it's working again I'd probably move to another DeFi.

I contacted Telegram Wallet support regarding a refund that was sent to an incorrect intermediate wallet address. After providing the required verification, their team successfully credited the funds back to my Crypto Wallet balance.
The process took some time due to the nature of the issue, but the support team was professional, clear in their communication, and resolved the matter successfully.
I appreciate the help and would recommend their support based on this experience.

I've used the wallet for over a year, always transferring money to the same account (for cashing out cryptocurrency), which is permitted and legal in my country.
Last week, a transaction to an account I had previously sent crypto to many times was blocked. As tech support wrote:
"Cryptocurrency withdrawals are flagged for review if the address you're sending to is considered a risk to the service. The risk level can change over time, and even if you completed a successful transaction to this address just a few hours ago, it may still be held for review now."
I still don't understand the logic behind this: why should I, as a customer, be penalized if, under some internal policy of theirs, it's specifically the recipient that's flagged as risky? And judging by reviews, the TG wallet can hold funds for over a week without any reasonable or meaningful explanation — effectively cutting you off from your own money, which could be your last funds for survival.
Whether to trust this wallet and use its services, needlessly risking your money, is up to you.
UPD:
My transaction to a legal and public cryptocurrency trader was blocked. When I contacted technical support more than 12 hours later, I was simply told that I had to wait.
When I contacted them again after 24 hours, I was again told that I simply had to wait.
It was only when I started asking logical questions, openly expressed my dissatisfaction, and wrote this review that, 15 minutes later, my transaction was unblocked — along with an outright ban on working with this trader.
Meanwhile, as other users' reviews show, including correspondence with technical support, this kind of blocking can last up to a month, simply because "we're a custodial wallet, blah blah."
It's easier for me to use more reliable wallets that don't suffer from this kind of problem and this kind of attitude — without having my funds locked for a full day for dubious and unfounded checks, followed by outright bans on using my own funds.

After my Telegram account was hacked on August 2, 2026, the attacker changed the phone number and took full control of my original account, my channel with over 8,000 subscribers, and the associated Crypto Wallet.
When I try to log in with the phone number that was linked to the account until the day of the hack, Telegram creates a completely new empty account. The original account (with the channel and wallet) remains under the attacker’s control.
I contacted Crypto Wallet support requesting the complete deletion of all my personal data from the previous account. From the very beginning I clearly explained the hack situation and that I do not want to restore anything — I only want the data deleted.
Their response has always been the same:
In order to process the deletion, they require me to create a new Crypto Wallet account and complete the verification process (KYC). Only after that can their system “match” the data and proceed with the deletion.
I have repeatedly stated that:
The original account was hacked, not deleted by me.
I do not want to restore the account.
I refuse to create a new account or submit identity documents in a compromised context.
There were never any funds in the custodial wallet.
Despite this, they refuse to process the deletion without me completing verification. They argue that Crypto Wallet is a completely separate application from Telegram and that they have no control over messenger account hacks.
The end result is that after a hack, the only way to request deletion of your data is to submit your identity again through KYC. If you refuse, the data remains retained (according to their policy, for up to 5 years).
The experience has been frustrating, opaque, and shows little respect for the right to data erasure when an account has been compromised. I do not recommend using Crypto Wallet if you value control over your personal information.
UPDATE – 5 August 2026

Your response confirms exactly the problem I described.
You say you need “additional verification” to confirm I am the original owner. The only verification method you accept is that I create a new Crypto Wallet account and complete full KYC.
That is the core issue:
My original account was hacked.
The attacker still controls it.
I still own the original phone number.
I do not want to restore anything.
I only want my personal data deleted.
You are forcing a victim of a security breach to submit identity documents again just to exercise the right to erasure. If I refuse to create a new account and go through KYC, you simply keep the data (for up to 5 years according to your own policy).
Calling this “security steps” does not change the reality: after a successful account takeover, the only path you offer to delete data is to re-identify myself in a new account. That is not protection of the user — it is retention of data under the pretext of security.
I have already explained the situation multiple times. I will not create a new account nor submit documents. The data should be deleted because the original account was compromised and I no longer control it.
Your reply does not solve the problem. It only restates the same circular requirement.

I had one of the worst experiences with Wallet in Telegram. The other party claims that they successfully sent the transfer to my account, but I have never received the funds. As far as I can see, the money has simply disappeared.
Order ID: OS-XL1CRFXWXV
I contacted customer support multiple times, but instead of providing a clear explanation or resolving the issue, I received slow, generic, and unhelpful responses. It is completely unacceptable for a financial service to leave customers without answers or any transparency about what happened to their funds.
This situation has caused serious inconvenience and completely destroyed my trust in this platform. A financial service should investigate transactions properly, provide timely support, and keep customers informed. Wallet in Telegram has failed to do so in my case.
Until this issue is fully investigated and resolved with a clear explanation, I cannot recommend this service to anyone. Think twice before trusting this platform with your money.

Telegram Wallet AML Review – Request for Transparency
My Wallet currently has approximately $4,000 USDT frozen during an AML review.
I fully support AML and KYC procedures and have no objection to compliance checks.
To better understand the situation, I independently reviewed the blockchain history of the incoming funds.
The analysis shows that the funds originated through wallets identified on TronScan as infrastructure associated with Bybit, OKX, Bitget, and a high-volume service wallet that receives liquidity directly from Binance Hot Wallets.
Based on the publicly available blockchain data, I could not identify any connection with mixers, sanctioned entities, darknet markets, or other obviously illicit services.
If there is a specific transaction that triggered the compliance review, I respectfully ask Wallet to identify it so I can provide additional documentation or clarification.
I am fully willing to cooperate and provide proof of identity, source of funds, transaction explanations, or any other documentation necessary to resolve this matter.
I hope this case can be resolved through constructive communication and transparency. @krip2025
