Scam!!!!! stay away rip people off on split payments ...they don't work bye cut off and still take and take ... please don't install

Unreliable with updates. It's supposed to update 6 or 7 hours after your shift finishes. In recent months it can remain not updated for 60 hours!

Just the most appalling customer service, literally no one to talk to. Chat BOT hopeless, Email BOT non responsive.

It states that session has expired. Please close and reopen Wagesteam to refresh. It doesn't matter how many times I do this. It keeps stating this, both on my laptop and phone.

Horrendous customer service and when you do eventually get a reply from someone they are rude and unhelpful. Awful

Customer service is trash and will gaslight you. Waited 6 weeks for my debit card and still don’t have it. Asif from customer kept telling me to wait 10 days before I contact them!!! No phone number to call. Not worth the stress! Terrible people and company.

Ive had Liz’s experience in her review below. Ive been fussin to get my funds for a week now. The app ‘sign in’ doesn’t recognize my email, my school org has deposited the money to the acct, as per my pay stub, Im am currently emailing with “Usif” sending proof. Not only have I not been able to access 1dime of money earned, NOW I cant even access MY PAYcheck that was just sent to them. This is NOT worth the angst😡

I have been trying now to set this up for well over a month now,everytime I input my details it says already registered? The chat support is no help what so ever and everytime I email I got no support at all.
All I want to do is register but knowone is willing to help me do that.
Very poor customer service and the fact that there is no telephone number is very poor. I have read these reviews and they seem good WHEN YOU ARE FINALLY SET UP and running but the whole process itself as been a shambles and very hard work when I've heard so many good positive results from collegues at my organisation.

Comes in handy when I'm a bit short, you can grab some cash that's already earned.

I love the app very helpful to me if I urgently need money straight away.

The app is so easy to navigate around. Has very helpful info as well. The growing account is very handy too in terms of having an extra savings account. Also having access to extra cash when you need it for those unexpected costs. Its nice to see how much money you earn on a daily basis and you can readjust your budget as per your estimated fortnight pay.

It's a great way to access money when you need it but to be only able to take out 50% of it ,instead of being able to access it all is a pain. But I'm glad that I can get some of it .

I have 8 kids so being able to access my pay early really helps with day to day struggles. I also love that it only allows you to access half so you are guaranteed a weekly income to help if needed like me.

What a great idea for an app! It’s nice to see your money grow day by day and knowing that it’s there when you need it, what a relief, for those unexpected expenses. The grow account is an added bonus to save a little bit for your future. You have both bases covered.

When reaching out to support, I found my experience to be excellent with quick and friendly responses from Patrick.

Other features like the financial fitness test, yes, sure! The learn function is fantastic! I find the insight short 2min read’s interesting, it makes you really think. Are you missing out on free money? Prepared for the future? All good stuff.

I love this app as I get paid fortnightly, and it is uselful if you need money on the weeks you don’t get paid

Easy to use and helpful if you get paid fortnightly or monthly and are a little short before payday.
